I get up from the dining table, having finished my breakfast, and walk out. I walk in between both the stairs, coming to the foyer, on both of which, Cristal and Fallon were, coincidentally descending too.

"Where are you off to, Cristal? Church?" Fallon asks her, smirking. "Lord knows, you love to get down on your knees."

"Actually, Fallon, I'm headed to the same place you are. Work." Cristal replies, as all three of us, come to a stop in front of each other. "Well, not the same place, 'cause I'm heading in for my first day as COO of Carrington Atlantic, and you're..." She trails off smugly. "Do you even have an office yet?"

"Ballsy, showing your face while your sex tape with Matthew is still blowing up on YouTube." I tell her.

"We both know most of the hits are from you both." Cristal fires back.

"Oh, please." I scoff. "I'd gouge my eyes out, before seeing that monstrosity. I mean, you being naked, is not something I wanna scar myself with."

"But I still wanna thank you for your kind words to the paparazzi on my behalf." Cristal turns towards Fallon.

"Please, I barely said anything." Fallon says. "I figured with your background in PR, you could handle your affair all on your own. As deftly as you handled Matthew's hard―"

"Excuse me." Cristal cuts her off, and I stifle a laugh. "I didn't know that tape still existed, but I owned up to my part in it. Blake and I agreed it's best that I put out a statement, and now it's time to move on."

We all walk out of the house, and towards the parked cars.

"Adorable." Fallon starts to say. "You think that scandal is going away?"

"Not until Melania files for divorce or a Kardashian gets pregnant with triplets." I add.

"At least I have some permanence in my life." Cristal tells us. "Did you find the venue of your club yet?" She asks me smugly, and I just roll my eyes. Then she turns towards Fallon. "How is your little company going? More wind-down than start-up, I hear. Must be hard not having the global reach of Carrington Atlantic. Or any reach at all. Are you still looking for that first client?"

She walks towards the car, Culhane was standing by, and opens the door.

"What are you doing?" Fallon asks, not believing her eyes.

"Good morning, Mrs. Carrington." Culhane greets Cristal, ignoring Fallon.

"Uh, no. Culhane drives me to work." Fallon tells her.

"Oh, is that true, Culhane?" Cristal asks him, smugly.

"Not today." Culhane answers, looking at Fallon. "I'll be driving Mrs. Carrington."

With that Cristal get in the car.

"Um, Culhane?" I call, and he turns.

"Oh, right." He walks towards and hands me my car keys, while not breaking eye contact with Fallon. "Have a nice day, Ms. Carrington."

He then gets in the driver's seat, and drives away, but not before Cristal waves mockingly at me and Fallon.

I twirl my keys, as I walk towards me car. "Hate to say this, Fal, but I think she won this round."

"Do not say that." I turns to me sharply, and I just smirk, knowing how flustered I made her. I don't reply, just get into my car and drive away.

"Henry." I greet the agent at the venue, that was snatched right from me. I was meeting the person that bought it, to persuade him or her, to let me have it. "Where's your client?"

"He's waiting inside, Ms. Carrington." He tells me, and I make my way inside.

"Good to know, you can set up meeting." I tell him. "Even though you can't get me properties."

He just looks guilty, as he opens the door for me to walk to walk in alone, and I march inside, and come across a person, staring at the view, outside the window, with his back facing me.

"Look, Mister, I don't care who you are, or what you want to do with this building." I tell him, as I put my bag down on a table nearby. "But, I want this place, and I always get what I want, so, can you―" I cut myself off, as he turns around. "You!"

"Why don't we sit down and talk business, Ms. Carrington." He smirks.

I walk towards him, and grab his collar, pushing him towards the wall.

"There little rendezvous are getting really annoying." I tell him, as his back hits the wall. "Every time I turn a corner, you're just there."

"This has taken a violent turn." He comments.

"Oh no." I tell him. "This is, me being nice. You don't wanna see my violent."

"I thought we were here to discuss business." He asks, and I glare at him. I remove my grip on his collar, and step away, still maintaining that glare.

"Let's talk business." I tell him. "What's it going to talk, for you to let this deal go?"

"Oh, I'm not letting it go." He tells me, with a smug smile.

"What?" I ask him. "What are you even gonna do with this?"

"I don't know." He tells me. "I don't have a plan. I just heard Veronica Carrington was looking to buy this, and thought to myself, how much would it vex her, it I bought it before her?"

"You bought this building to annoy me?" I ask him, in disbelief.

"You have to admit, that's initiative." I says.

"No, that's creepy." I retort.

"So, anyway." He cuts in. "If you want this building, you can have."

"And what do I have to do, in return." I raise an eyebrow.

"Ask me nicely." He says, with a smirk.

"You second-grade stalker." I tell him. "There is no way in hell, am I being even civil, with you." I turn around and walk towards the exit. "There are other places, I didn't even like this one that much."
