DECEMBER 7TH

"Honestly Albus Potter, have you never folded anything in your life?" Scorpius exclaimed incredulously, rolling his eyes as he caught sight of Albus shoving a t-shirt into his trunk to go along with the 3 others he had already scrunched up.

Albus held out the shirt, casting Scorpius a glance that plainly said: Fold it for me if you're going to complain so much. So Scorpius did, scooting to the edge of his bed where he had been laying, watching Albus pack last minute for winter break. The train was leaving in just an hour and they would have to leave each other for a few days before they could reunite at the Weasley's for Charlie Weasley's birthday dinner. He laid the t-shirt, which actually belonged to him, across his knees, showing Albus the proper way to fold clothing.

"Can you just do the rest?" Albus pouted, "It's not much, I already have most things at home."

"Fine." Scorpius sighed, sliding off the bed to join Albus on the floor in front of his opened trunk. "Hey! These are mine!" Scorpius exclaimed, thumbing through the 3 jumpers Albus had gathered to pack. Albus blushed.

"Well I like them better than mine!" he protested, smiling. Scorpius couldn't help but grin and he folded them anyhow.

"They look better on you anyways." he said, placing them in Albus's trunk before leaning over and kissing Albus's cheek. It had been several weeks since the incident with Jacob. At first their relationship was on the rocks despite the countless reassurances they had to provide each other: 'Albus, I already told you! I'm not mad that you punched him, he had it coming' or 'Scorpius, I told you to kiss him! Don't be so hard on yourself, please'. but eventually they reentered the usual swing of things, deciding to forget about that conniving prick and to start anew. Of course, they could never completely forget, they were violated and used as puppets, pitted against each other for someone else's pleasure. Now they would be more careful.

But that aside, they were almost giddy at the fact that this would be their first Winter break and Christmas Holiday together as a couple, they even managed to beg Draco to let Albus stay over at the manor after Charlie's birthday dinner and a little bit after Christmas. They had more freedom at the manor than at the Potter's house, it was bigger, more places to be alone or hideaway and Draco hardly bothered them anyways.

They wished they could stay together every day, three whole weeks away from Hogwarts together! It was a dream, but the Potter's and Malfoy's both agreed they needed to have family time so a few days would have to do, and besides they would see each other on Christmas eve at the Weasley's and sleep over until Christmas day with the rest of the Weasley/Potter children.

"Do you think my parents will notice me wearing your clothes?" Albus asked curiously, snapping his trunk closed when Scorpius was done.

"I think the better question is, will they notice these." Scorpius teased, leaning forward to run his fingers over the three purple and red bruises on Albus's neck which he had given him just last night in the privacy of the astronomy tower. Albus groaned.

"Scorp," He whined, standing up to look in the mirror, "What am I going to do? We're wizards for Merlin's sake, shouldn't there be a spell for this?" he said, inspecting the hickeys.

"Afraid not." Scorpius said, laying back on the floor with his hands behind his head, looking smugly proud of his work. Albus looked back and glared at his smirk.

"You do know that if my parent's find out so will your dad!"

"Not if I lie and tell them your new girlfriend gave you them." Scorpius laughed, raising his eyebrows.
