Our Friend, Ted - Second Draft

Synopsis

Christi and Josh are recent college graduates who have been friends with Ted since elementary school.

Their relationships with Ted are complicated by the fact that they have relied heavily on him to help them out through their emotional issues. And Ted has been there to do that for them since their friendships started.

But Christi and Josh have never met each other, even though their paths have crossed frequently.

And now that they are working their way up the social and corporate ladders in Chicago-land jobs, Ted wants to change that.

Plus Ted knows something that Christi and Josh don’t: They are perfect for each other.

If only he can get them both to see that.

But when something happens with Ted, Christi and Josh are left wondering just what, exactly, went wrong. And what will the absence of Ted reveal to themselves about their behavior and relationships with him through the years?

And how will that knowledge help them as they continue their journey through life? That’s one thing that their friend Ted hopes they learn.
