You and Mikey had been dating for about a month now, and you were loving it, although his brothers were getting suspicious of where he would sneak off to almost every night, and you could tell from the constant messages he would get every time he was over.

Mikey had texted you about 5 minutes ago that he was on his way over and since everyone was already asleep you climbed out of your window and climbed up the fire escape up to the roof, waiting on the ledge for your boyfriend.

After a couple of minutes you heard Mikey's feet quietly thumping their way up behind you, you had already gotten used to him trying to sneak up on you, and turned around and jumped at him, making him yelp and fall over.

You started laughing your butt off and he eventually started laughing with you after he had gotten over the shock of you scaring him, which, surprisingly, actually took quite a while, which only made you laugh harder.

After you guys had finished laughing, you just started talking about regular stuff, in your opinion, which involved a whole bunch of different missions and stuff Mikey had gone on with his brothers, and you talked about stuff you had been doing in work and school.

You had been staring off into the distance while listening to Mikey talk, before you heard multiple soft thumps behind you, you mentally cursed to yourself, already knowing exactly who it was.

You turned around slowly, giving a nervous smile to the brothers of your boyfriend, who were giving angry glares into the back of you and Mikey, who hadn't even noticed their presences yet, Donnie was the only one who didn't look that angry, he looked more confused. 

"This is where you've been going for weeks? Really?" Red says, in total disbelief and what was obviously mostly anger, Mikey had stopped talking and was clearly nervous.

Leo glanced at you throughout the lecture that him and Red were giving Mikey, while Donnie tried to keep you distracted so you wouldn't have to listen to it, but of course, you were much more invested in the argument then whatever he was trying to tell you.

Red was in the middle of yelling at Mikey when Mikey had suddenly blurted out, "It's 'cause we're dating, dude!" and with that, everyone stops shouting and talking all together.

Your eyes widened as you slowly backed up to the fire escape, running down the steps into your apartment window as you leave Mikey to deal with the problem that he had just created, hearing his brothers yelling for a little bit more before their voices eventually faded off into the distance.

You still couldn't figure out the look in Leo's eyes, though.
