My eyes fluttered open to see the spot next to me in the bed empty. I got up and went to the kitchen. There my girlfriend stood in her little shorts and T-shirt. She stood at the stove, waving a spatula around. The smell of pancakes filled the room.

When she heard me, she turned and smiled. "Good morning, Shadow. Sleep okay?"she asked. I sat at our table. "Yeah. You, (Y/n)?"I asked. "Yeah, I slept great! So do you want coffee or juice?"she asked.

"Coffee is fine. I'll add the sugar and cream myself,"I said. She nodded. (Y/n) gave me my cup of coffee and a thick stack of pancakes before sitting down beside me with her own plate of pancakes. She squirmed in her chair a bit, looking nervous. "So, I wanted to ask something,"she said. I nodded.

"Do you remember that girl from our favorite restaurant the other day? The cute one who was staring at you and tried to buy you a drink?"

"Um...yeah, I guess. Why?"

She grinned and relaxed in her chair. "Yeah. She's not very cute anymore,"she giggled. I started at her for a moment.

What does she mean she's not...oh god.

"(Y/n), please tell me you didn't,"I sighed. She poked her pancakes around. "Okay. I didn't,"she shrugged.

I got up and went to the basement door. As soon as I opened it, the scent of blood hit me. I don't even want to see the girl. I already know she's dead.

I stomped over to (Y/n) and stared at her angrily. "I told you what would happen if this happened again,"I said. She smiled. "Well, yeah, but I figured you didn't mean it, Shads. We've been together for so long,"she said.

"(Y/n), you CANNOT go around killing people who like me!"

"I can. You just don't want me to."

"I'm packing my stuff. I'm leaving tonight. You promised me you wouldn't kill anyone else!"I yelled, stomping to our room. I heard (Y/n) get up quickly and follow behind me.

"NO! YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME!"she screamed. I went straight to the closet and grabbed my backpack. "Shadow! Please! You can't leave me!"she sobbed. "I told you I would if you kept doing this!"I replied.

I turned to see her crying hysterically. "B-But I love you! I-I only do it for y-you!" "(Y/n)! I never told you to do it! I told you to stop, as a matter of fact!"I frowned.

"S-So that's it?! You're j-j-just gonna leave?! Did you like her b-back?!"

"What?! I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HER! I only love you!"

"Then wh-why leave me?! If you don't c-care about her then you w-wouldn't leave!"

Oh my fucking chaos.

I sighed heavily, putting my backpack on the bed. I walked over to her and wrapped my arms around her shaking frame. "(Y/n), you killed someone AGAIN and for what? I told you before that if it happened again, I was gone,"I said, stroking her head.

"I-I know but...she was just so into you! The way she looked at you a-and the way she tried to talk to you...I-I couldn't st-stand it! You're m-m-mine!"she sniffled. "I understand, but that does not justify murder. What are you gonna do now, huh? Where are you gonna hide the body this time?"I asked.

(Y/n) whimpered and looked up at me with her tear filled (e/c) orbs. "I have a place. She's already chopped up and ready to be moved,"she pouted. I groaned loudly. "This is the last time. Seriously. I'm leaving for good next time,"I said.

(Y/n) nodded, sniffling. "I love you, Shadow,"she said softly. "I love you too. Get everything loaded into the car and let's get her out,"I sighed.
