Tranquility

It's Friday. Party day. A long time coming. A day that they haven't had in a while. I think you get the picture now. Kie is honestly more excited than she thought she was. It's weird. Her, JJ, and Pope are by Pope's locker as he's getting the last of his things before they leave.

"So how many people are coming to this thing?" Pope asked closing his locker.

JJ pulls out his lighter, "I don't know fifty I think, probably more." He answered as he's about to light his blunt.

Kie takes his lighter away and puts it in her pocket. "No smoking remember." She reminded him.

"Come on baby, it's just one." He said giving her a pouty face.

"Exactly, so this one can wait until we get out...baby." She said patting his cheek as they walk off.

A smile creeps on his face as he follows them. They walk out of the building as they see Sarah and John B. Topper and Kelce join is a little after.

"So my dad and Rose leaves at four and Wheezie is going over a friends house, we have place the to ourselves after that." Sarah explains.

"What time does it start." JJ asked.

"7 but most likely 8" Topper responded.

"Okay then, we'll see y'all at 7." JJ said pulling Kie along.

"And where are y'all going?" Pope asked.

"Don't worry about it." He yelled slightly making their way to his bike.

"I swear they're obsessed with each other." Pope said looking away.

"Aww don't worry Pope, you and Kim will be the same way." Sarah said patting his shoulder.

"Yeah right, she hasn't said or done anything to make me think otherwise lately." He said.

"Maybe she's just waiting for the right time, it is a party day after all anything can happen." Kelce said as he makes his way to his car.

"You guys get drunk maybe have a dance or two..." John B said.

"We're not doing whatever you think we're gonna do." He said.

"With the power of alcohol you never say never." Sarah said leaving.

He sighs, "I'll try" He mumbles as he makes his way to the twinkie.

"Where are we going?" Kie asked as JJ had her eyes covered.

"We're almost there." He said walking them to their destination.

JJ wanted to do something before they go to the party. He just needed a getaway for some hours. He didn't ask Kie because he wanted to surprise her.

"You said that three times already." She whined.

"Well I'm sure this time."

They walk a couple more feet until they reach the spot. He takes his hands off her. She opens her eyes blinking a few times so they can adjust to the light. It's an old dock. It has a pathway leading to a little area on dock. It has a roof over it with railings on three sides of it.
