All of the prestigious Clan Heads along with the Hokage were in the Hokage's Office. Danzo and some skilled Anbu were there as well. Lastly, the Elders and the Feudal Lord were there.
In all it was:
Hiruzen Sarutobi: The Third Hokage of the Hidden Leaf.
Shikaku Nara: Head of the Nara.
Choza Akimichi: Head of the Akamichi.
Inoichi Yamanaka: Head of the Yamanaka.
Danzo Shimura: Head of Anbu ROOT.
Anbu: Ninja who serve the Hokage.
Koharu Utatane: Female Elder.
Homura Mitokado: Male Elder.
Feudal Lord: Political leader.
"What's going on..?" Hiroyuki asked.
All of their heads snapped towards the two.
"You two have caused quite the commotion!" Danzo complained.
"How bad of a commotion?" Kakashi asked.
"The Hidden Leaf is exposed." Koharu said.
The Third decided to step up and explain.
"On the last assignment I sent you on, we got a messenger bird sent to us about how we've been targeted by opposing villages. They said we have betrayed them, getting rid of our bond with the Meisai Clan."
"They're after us."

"Lord Raikage!" Karui bursted through the door of the Raikage's Office.
"What?" Ay asked, annoyed.
Karui showed him the paper.
"Impossible! Karui, get our skilled ninja ready, besides Bee! Send them to my office, immediately!"
"Yes sir!" And with that, she ran out of the office.

"Lady Mei!" Chojuro bursted through the doors.
"What is it?
"Look!"
He showed her the paper.
She gasped.
"Who knows, they might target us next.. Chojuro, go get the Mist's most skilled, bring them to me!"
"Hai!"

"Lord Rasa!" A Sand Shinobi bursted through the door.
"What?! Can't you see, I'm working!"
"My Lord, please look!"
Rasa became frustrated.
"I knew we shouldn't have trusted them.. gather the best shinobi of the Sand! Bring them here!"
