It's been 4 years since I got the cosplaying job! I cant believe it! My mom a detective, is happy for me! I'm now best friends with Shuu, Urano's best friend until she died by the minor earthquake a few months ago. Shuu has been sulking for a while, he truly misses his lost friend. I've been consoling him ever since. I don't really know Shuu as well as Urano did. But, I've been having dreams about her, ever since her death popped up on the news. Everyone she was close with is now close with me. It's as if, they think I'm gonna be gone next.
I was walking down the street with Shuu, talking about my job as a cosplayer while consoling him. I was so distracted I almost got hit by a truck! Luckily, Shuu pushed me out of the way before I got hit. Shuu looked at me with wide eyes.
"That's exactly what happened to Urano on the day she died." Shuu said still staring at me.
"Don't worry! Life isn't that mean!" I said as I playfully smacked his arm. "Now, I'll be going to your house, ok? I need to pick up my cosplaying stuff!"
Shuu still looked terrified, but agreed. We went to Shuu's house talking and chatting. We soon reached Shuu's house.
"I'm gonna go pick up my stuff ok?" I said when we reached the house. "See you later!"
Shuu shouted something inaudible, for I was already running into my cosplay room. I sat on the mirror grinning. I was doing my makeup when there was a minor earthquake happening. I concluded that a minor earthquake happened the day Urano died too. I didn't pay much attention to it. I kept putting my makeup on, when all of a sudden my vision blurred. I looked up at my clothes and found them on top of me. As I could only watch as I got buried underneath.
