part 2- 9 months with him

Caitlin's POV
2013
Harrison came in on his wheelchair along with 2 doctors and a stretcher on the stretcher was a man. Harrison explains to me and Cisco he was struck by lightning during the practical accelerator explosion and he's been in a coma for a few weeks but central city general hospital doesn't have the facility's to care for him. They lower him into one of the hospital beds we have and now he's ours to look after me and Cisco look at each other. Harrison tells us that we'll have to look after him in shifts. He then hands us a file with all the information on him.

The file also has a little bit of information about his background me and Cisco agree that I'll spend the nights with Barry and he'll spend the days with him. I have to admit that Barry is cute. But I'm still haunted by the practical accelerator explosion it killed Ronnie my fiancé and it nearly killed me but here we are looking after someone affected by the explosion I look at Barry once again and hook him up to the vital machine.

we quickly get the lab ready to look after him. Harrison comes in his wheelchair and looks at me trying his best to comfort me like he has been doing for the last 4 weeks or so. Then a detective and a girl walk in Harrison introduces them as joe and iris west they are Barry's adoptive father and sister. I shake both here hands and explain that Barry could wake one day but we don't know when that could be. Joe nods his head in understanding then his phone starts to ring he has to run back to the station because there's a police emergency iris then goes as well. I go back to attending to Barry.

2014
Its January now and Barry hasn't been awake since September when the reactor exploded. However what ever was causing him to crash out at the hospital has been erased he hasn't had a crash out since September.
Its now June cisco has just walked in and holds up his phone and connects to the speaker some lady gaga song comes on its about half way through when Barry sits bolt up right he inhales a deep breathe. He looks at us and then I think he works out where he is. He's looks at us and we explain that he's been in a coma for the last 9 months then Harrison wheels in and he looks at Barry
