Shuichis POV- I heard those words come out of rantaros mouth and it was like my whole world stopped. My face flushed a bright pink colour and I looked down to see rantaros the same shade of not a darker one.

"I'm sorry that was weird" rantaro said breaking the silence

"No! It wasn't weird I just never excepted to hear something like that from you" I told him

"I know this might seem even weirder but maybe do you wanna go on a date?" Rantaro asked

I froze before giving a slight smile and a nodbut internally freaking out

Me and rantaro sat there for what felt like hours gazing into each others eyes.

Rantaro finally broke the silence after asking me about where we should go
IVE NEVER BEEN ON A DATE BEFORE I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU EVEN DO but wait I might know someone who would I thought

I mean kaedes always gushing about the girls she likes so she's must of been on at least one date before I thought will full confidence in her

"Uh um one second I have to go to the washroom" I told rantaro
I didn't really but I have to get someone else's opinion on it

Rantaro just replied with a simple okay before letting me up

I shut the bathroom door behind me and locked it I then pulled out my phone and looked for the contact

I put my phone away and kaedes advice did sound kinda accurate man! She must have a lot of experience!

I smiled before putting my phone back in my pocket and heading back to my room.

I opened the door and forgot that I was still smiling and rantaro asked "what kinda stuff are you doing in the bathroom to come back that smiley"
"W-WHA NO ITS NOT LIKE THAT! I UH I"
"It's okay I'm just teasing!" Rantaro said while sitting up

"I took enough of your time today! But I feel much better after getting that off my chest" rantaro said with a tone of relief

"I'll pick you up tomorrow at 7" rantaro said before patting me on the head and then leaving before I could say another word
