Jeongin usually wakes up at 9:30 am, but today he was waken up at 8:45 am. A loud knock was heard from the front door of their house

"Yeni please open the door!"  there is only one person in the world that calls Jeongin "yeni" his parents and (close) friends call him "I.N"  or "Innie"

Jeongin excitedly ran towards their front door, only to be greeted by his panting bestfriend Hyunjin

"so what are you doing here at 8:40 something in the morning when you obviously know that i wake up at 9:30?" Jeongin asked somewhat annoyed, kinda... like who would be annoyed when you were woken up by a literal prince

" sowy yeni I know you wake up at 9:30 but i have something imprortant to say to you..." jeongin was listening not cranky anymore cause that "sowy" and "yeni" is making him soft

"okay...so i woke up this morning, and greeted good morning to Mom, Dad and Yeji...then i walk up to my room again to brush my teeth, but as I look at the direction of your house i saw a truck and a car arriving at the side of the road" after hearing that Jeongin was excited, because it has been a while since someone moved to their village

"DOESTHATMEANWE'REGONNAHAVEANEWNEIHBOR!
(does that mean we're gonna have a new neighbor) Jeongin said excitedly (without any stop for breathing)

meanwhile Hyunjin is trying to understand what his bestfriend just said, when suddenly someone knocked on the Yang's house

Jeongin quickly fixed himself not knowing who's at the door, Jeongin is on his way to the door with Hyunjin following him

Jeongin's P.O.V.

I opened the door to see a boy infront of our house, I was actually shocked to see someone so cute in the morning, I didn't realise I was actually staring at the said boy

"Hi! Im Kim Seungmin, my mom said I should give this to our new neighbors!" he was holding a box of cookies, then Hyunjin tapped my shoulder, i looked at him and he gave me a look that said "if you don't take that I will!"

and with that i came out of my thoughts and immediately took the cookies from the cute boy and said "thank you" with a small bow and I closed the door

"uhmm what was that?" Hyunjin asked while walking to my room "what do you mean?" i asked confused

"ugh you just dazed out in a the middle of a conversation with our new neighbor" Hyunjin said to me quite teasingly

"I don't know, he's just kinda cute" I said while walking to my window to look at the people in and out the said Kim Seungmin's house

Hyunjin P.O.V.

When Jeongin said he thought the boy from next door a.k.a. Kim Seungmin was cute I immediately felt something that like pinched my heart

"my bestftiend, my crush for so damn long thought that boy was cute, pffft i am way better" Hyunjin thought to himself

and with that Hyunjin undersood what he's feeling, he's JEALOUS
