INSECURE

Chapter 2 contd.

It was 6pm. I freshen up and leave to the park. As soon as I reach the park I see tom eagerly waiting for me.
"Ahhhh" I say
"How was your day girly"
"Yeah about that"
I tell Tom word to word about school.
"Aww poor you am sry. Don't worry am going to be there for you no matter what" Tom says
"Thanks"
Since I was very frustrated me and Tom decided to go for a walk on the beach.
"Listen it's ok we'll fight back" Tom says looking very concerned
"Am soo happy I have a friend like you without you I have no idea what I would do" I say
Tom laughs
After an hour or so I go back home.
"Honey let's have dinner" my mom says to my sister as soon as I reach home
"Yeah sure but where's Emily?" My sister says to my mum
"Am here" I scream so that my mum can hear me
"Come have dinner with us" says my mum
I remove my shoes and wash my hands.
"Oh sis can u help me with math after dinner" says Charlotte
"Yeah sure" I say
I go towards Charlotte and give her a tight hug
"Emily are you okay?" My mum says
"Yeah you showing affection to your sister! Something's wrong" My mum says
"I just realized how important my sis is to me" I say
We have dinner and talk and all of that.
After dinner I go upstairs to charlottes room to help her in math.
"Hey" I say
"Come inside quick and help"
I go in and in 20mins I help her
"Thanks" says Charlotte and gives me a tight hug
"Your welcome" I say
"Sis what's wrong?? U look very tired and fed up"
"Yeah am just tired" I say
"Ok take care"
"You too"
I give a kiss to Charlotte on the cheek and go to my room.
I change into my night dress and take my diary and sit on my bed.
Yes I have a diary whenever I'm fed up in life and feel the urge to give up I write it in my diary. I know that I can open about it to Tom but not all things I can tell him otherwise he will feel pity on me.
I write about everything that happened to me today and cry and cry very badly.
