Rhett Navarro's Pov

"Can you wait for me until I finished college??"

She looks hopeful and and I see her fidgeting her fingers. I am mesmerized by her looks but, the real thing is that question caught me off guard.

I really like her. Like, not by lust but I like her because that is what I feel in my heart. Her personality is really something that shifted something inside me the moment her drinks was splashed into my coat.

"Sorry.." She looked down and I could sense that she is hurt. I was caught off guard that is the reason why I take to long to answer.

She walked past by me and I pulled her hand so she could stop walking. And at the moment she faced me. I let my lips touch her lips.

Our kiss lasted for a minute. When we broke thw kiss we were out of breath. I leaned my lips closer to her ears and whispered.

"Yes, I would wait until you get off college"

Amelia Fern's Pov

Nakahiga na ngayon ako sa kama. I slightly brushed my finger onto my lips. Up to this moment I can still feel his lips pressed against mine. The way it move against my lips.

Rhett and I talked for a little bit then he got a call from his sister. Well, if we are talking about his sister I believe him because you can actually tell their resemblance.

I was actually flatered when he said that he would wait until I got off of college. That was important to me.

I slept with a wide smile on my face. Definitely happy.

"Uyyy Fern!!" I groaned when I heard Bexley's shrieking voice. Ayaw ko pa munang gumising. Inaantok pa ako. Besides wala naman akong pasok. Mamaya pang hapon.

"Gumising ka na nandyan na ang labidabs mo"

Nang marinig ko iyon ay agad akong napabangon na mulat na mulat ang mga mata.

"Anong sabi mo??" Tanong ko kay Bexley.

"Nasa labas ang loverboy mo" Yun lang ang sinabi nya saka pumasok sa banyo. Dali-dali akong naghanap nang tsinelas. Isinuot ko iyon at dali-daling lumabas.

At ayun nga. Totoo ang sinasabi ni Bexley. Nasa labas si Rhett. Prenteng nakasandal sa kotse nya. He has this shades that made him look like a Hollywood Star. Nakita ko din ang ibang mga babae na nagpapacute sa kanya. And what made me feel at ease is when he ignored those women who tried to get near him.

Dali-dali akong naglakad papunta sa kanya. When I reached him I saw a girl talking to him but I see that he is not inyerested on whatever she is talking about.

Hinablot ko ang kanyang kamay. Napataas nang tingin sa akin ng babae. Aba ang kapal nang mukha. Isama nya pa yang makeup nya na pag ka-kapal-kapal lahat naman at peke.

"Excuse me miss. Di mo ba nakikita naguusap kami oh??" Sabi sa akin nung babae.

"You mean to say that you are talking. Ni hindi ka nga tingnan kausapin ka pa kaya"

Nakita ko ang pamumula nang kanyang pisngi.

"Sino ka ba??" Taas kilay nyang tanong. Abat, hindi ako magpapatalo nagtaas din ako nang kilay.

"Ako tinatanong mo kung sino ako baka magulat ka kapag sinabi ko sayo kung sino ako" I said mocking her.

"Eh sino ka---"

"She is my wife" Hindi na natuloy ang sasabihin nya nang magsalita si Rhett. Agad naman na namula ang mukha ko. At alam ko yun.

"Asawa ka lang pala kaya pede pa ako" Hirit nung babae. Talagang pinupuno nang pokpok na to.
