As I was walking home from work, it was officially the worst day ever.
I got fired from my job, my best friend died, my parents had died.
I didn't know what to do anymore.
I walked home and opened the door and I was enveloped in a big hug.
I instantly pushed him away as I took off my shoes.
'Tough day?'
I glared at him as I walked into the master bedroom. I threw my jacket on the chair near the desk and then I put my bag on the couch. I decided to take a shower as I stripped off my clothes.
It's not that I didn't appreciate the way Xiumin was being affectionate, it's just I want to be alone for awhile.
I finished taking a shower and walked out without any clothes on, just a towel barely covering my body.
As I changed, I walked to the bed to see a sticky note on it. It was stuck onto a shirt.
I looked at the sticky note as it read,
I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S UP TODAY, BUT SORRY IF I DID ANYTHING WRONG... I'LL TRY TO BE A BETTER BOYFRIEND NEXT TIME.. WEAR THIS SHIRT ALONG WITH SHORTS THAT'LL MATCH. COME OUT TO THE KITCHEN PLEASE.

I pouted as I finished reading the note. He was blaming himself for something he didn't even do.
I took off the shirt I was wearing and threw on the shirt. I looked at myself in the mirror remembering this was the first thing Xiumin bought me.
Flashback~
'Hey, why are we here again?'
'I just need to know what shirt size you want?'
'Just this one is fine.'
'Okay, I'll come back in an hour, thanks'
Xiumin payed the guy as we continued walking around the mall. We went to the arcade and shopped a little before we came back to the same guy.
'Here's your shirts, enjoy!'
Xiumin took it thanking the guy while we drove home.

I walked outside after putting on some socks and walked to the kitchen. I could see a dimmed light.
I saw candles of my favorite scent, ocean breeze.
I saw the candles lit with only a little bit of roses on the table.
I sat down as I saw another note.
I MADE YOUR FAVORITE MEAL.. HOPE I KINDA CHEERED YOU UP.
AFTER YOU'VE FINISHED, COME TO THE LIVING ROOM.

I ate a little bit of the food as I didn't have any appetite. I walked to the living room as I saw Xiumin with his back facing me.
He slowly turned as I stood where I was at.
'Jagiya.. Mianhae... I really don't know what I did wrong.. I probably a bad boyfriend aren't I?'
He looked down as he sighed and turned to look out the night sky, walking out to the balcony.
I followed him as he went outside. Curse myself for not bringing a jacket.
'I really love you _____. I don't want to see you sad... because your smile is what makes me smile and forget my worries everyday.'
He looked up to the sky as I did the exact same thing.
'I remember when we first met... I wish I could do something to not have you feeling down... because when you're feeling down... i can feel my heart slowly shatter.. i can't bear to see you like this jagiya.. I don't think I deserve you..'
I could tell that a tear slowly streamed down his face from his eyes. I slowly walked towards him as I brought my arms out.
I slowly wrapped my arms around his waist as I back hugged him.
'Oppa.. don't feel bad, okay? You didn't do anything wrong. It's me whose in fault here... I'm sorry for not talking to you and pushing you away.. I shouldn't have done that.. I know that you feel that way but it's not like I can't get mad at you. You're too cute to get mad at.'
I heard him chuckle a little as I could feel his calm breathing.
'Just know that I'll always be here for you. Gomawo oppa, for always taking care of me.'
He turned around as i still kept hugging him without looking up at him.
'Now it's my turn to return the favor.'
I looked up as I got on my tiptoes to peck his cheek.
'Jagiya!'
He pointed to his lips as he pouted. I walked away giggling before he backhugged me.
We ended the night in each other's arms, sleeping peacefully, listening to our calm heart beats in sync.
