the raven haired little boy was in tears his pink cheeks damped as he pulled at his mothers pant leg
she was a beautiful pale woman with short black hair the spitting image of her son
the woman crouched down to her son wiping his tears away caressing his chubby cheeks
playing with the ends of his fluffy black hair "I'll be back I promise my dearest boy" the woman cupped her sons face kissing his forehead before
standing up once more towering over her small son ignoring his sobs and begging
as she picked up her bags and walked out of the dark and shabby apartment her and her son called home
"momma please p-please don't leave me ! don't leave me with him momma !" the boy screamed as he saw his mother put on her shoes
and leave he banged on the door tears still flowing down his face
the woman outside the door now soaked in the rain
sitting on the bus stop as she let out light sobs of pain the pain of leaving her child
her heart and soul ached but she had to do this she needed too for her sake and the sake of her child
