salty tears fell
from her glossy eyes as she stared at
the gleaming piece of sharp metal,
sobbing painfully,
more tears fell
as she slid the cold blade against her porcelain skin,
crimson liquid slowly poured out of the newly slashed flesh,
dripping onto the cold tiled floor,
the pitter patter of the rain outside collided mercilessly with the dripping,
causing a slight ringing in her ears,
overwhelmed, overpowered and completely defeated,
her vision slowly came to a halt,
it was dark,
and she fell unconscious.
