I'm so so sorry.

I took a deep breath and look at the mariner's cross given to me by Wave. I smiled. I thought I already escaped being high and dry, but I just kept on coming back to that state. I thought Wave saved me but guess I was wrong.

No one can get me out of being high and dry, not even Wave. I sighed, I'm sorry, Wave.

I'm about to jump on the waters when a loud voice stopped me.

"MONTAGE!"

Nagulat ako nang bigla akong hinatak ni Neo palayo sa edge nang seawall. I was in shock, he held my hand. He's trembling, I immediately wiped my tears and smiled.

"Hey," nakangiting bati ko sa kanya.

"What are you going to do?!" galit na tanong niya sa akin, "A-are you.." he cant continue his sentence. He seems to be hesitant. He sighed and looked at me, "A-are you going to j-jump?"

Yes.

I forced myself to laugh, "Magsiwimming lang ako,"

"Tangina, Montage?! Magsiswimming?! You look like you're ready to jump and die!"

"B-bakit ka nandito?"

"I saw you went out of the hospital," agad na sabi niya kaya natigilan ako. "I knew what happened to Pay," diretsong sabi niya. Nag-iwas ako nang tingin, it's my fault.

"Montage," pagtawag niya sa akin at agad na hinawakan ang pisngi ko at pinatingin sa kanya. "Tell me, I'll listen,"

I smiled, "Ano ka ba, okay lang ako" sabi ko at pinunasan ang luha ko. "Sige na, umuwi ka na. Okay lang ako,"

He shook his head, "No," mariin niyang sabi. "I will not leave, " sabi niya at hinawakan ang palapulsuhan ko. He paused when he touched my scars. Hahatakin ko na sana palayo ang kamay ko pera mas hinigpitan niya pa ang hawak dito. Tinignan niya ang palapulsuhan ko.

"Montage," 'yon ang nasabi niya habang nakatingin sa mga peklat ko. "You..."

"Gasgas lang 'yan," sabi ko naman at nginitian siya, but he doesn't seem to be convinced. "Ayos lang ako," sabi ko at umupo sa may sea wall. He sat beside me.

"So it is true," sabi niya at tumingin sa langit.

"What?"

"Happiest people are the saddest," sabi niya at tumingin sa akin. "Why?"

My phone suddenly vibrated, so I immediately took it out of my pocket. It was Trex. I took a deep breath and cleared my throat before answering his call.

"Wazzup?" I forced myself to speak as my normal self. Hope it worked. Tumingin sa akin si Neo, he seemed confuse while looking at me.

"Alam mo ba 'yung tungkol kina Bree?" agad na tanong niya.

"Hindi," sabi ko pa. I smiled, "Bakit? Nagkaayos na sila? Ano may anak na ba?" natatawang tanong ko. I forced myself to joke around so that they wont notice my voice.

"Gagi, hindi. Nakipaghiwalay si Jaemin sa kanya, nandito kami sa bahay nila ngayon"

"Ano? Nakipaghiwalay si Min? K-kamusta na si Bree?" hindi makapaniwalang tanong ko. How did he do that to Bree?
