Superboy's POV
I'm watching the four intruders. No,I'm watching the girl the three boys weren't very impressive. I took them down easily, but the girl told me she wanted to help me and when she touched my cheek and smiled at me I had hope and then offered me a better option then being Cadmus's weapon. I would have helped her get her friends out and left with her. But they shot her with a tranquilizer dart and fainted so I had no other options.
Flashback
The girl grabs the dart out of her neck and throws it to the ground and calls out in pain. I see her eyes close and her knees buckle. She topples forward towards me I catch her around her waist.I picked her up bridal style and put her head on my chest.
I then see Desmond and some Genomorphs trying to get inside.I set the brown haired girl down gently on the wall next to the door. I should fight my way out, but it would be a hard fight just for me. I only have one choice I don't like it because it's going to harm the girl and her friends, but I have to.
My hands break through the metal and I get the door opened with a slam, knocking i off its rail. I gain full attention of Guardian, Desmond, and Arthropod. Desmond smirks, but says nothing as he walks past me and observes the unconscious teen heroes.
"Atta boy put them in the pods I think they'll make perfect clones especially the girl with her Technics" Desmond said
The Genomorphs go and pick up the males one goes to get the girl, but I stop it with a growl it backs up. I pick her up bridal style and lead the Genomorphs to an empty chamber I reluctantly put the girl in the pod and strap her in as loosely as I can. I put a piece of hair behind her ear and lean towards it making it seem like I'm fixing her restraints"
"I'm Sorry" I tell her
I stand back watching the four teens
End Flashback
I haven't moved from my spot. I keep my eyes on the girl when suddenly they all wake up and the girls eyes meet mine.
Y/n POV
After I fainted I'm in the dream world. But unlike my past experiences as a child and in other dimensions this time I'm seeing my worst memories and horrible things that happened to me and my family which starts to make my head hurt.
"Make it stop" I yell
"This is only the beginning. Times run short. You must awaken. You must awaken now!" The voice says
I awaken with a gasp. I look around to see my teammates are awaken and alert. I look at Superboy who is already staring at me his crystal blue eyes meet my blue ones.
"What? What do you want? Quite staring at her! Its creepy." Kid tells Superboy
"Uh KF, how about we not tick off the guy who can fry us with a look?" Robin tell Kid
"We only wanted to help you" Aqualad said to Superboy
"Yeah! We freed you, you turn on us! Hows that for great-"
"Kid, shut up. I don't think he was in full control he was also confused. Besides I got through to him" I interrupted Kid
I notice Robin activated a lock pick in the pointer finger on his glove and begins to work on his restraints.I pull a little on the restrains to see its loose a little so I undo them but I'm going to wait for the right moment to break free from the pod plus I need a boast of energy to break the glass in the pod then I hear Superboy speak his voice is very soft.
