Alice's POV
Next to me was a girl with a pink dress, pink jacket, pink heels, pink headband and a bunch of people around her video taping, and taking pictures and asking for autographs.. sheesh!
I went over to Isaac and asked, "Uh, who the heck is that?"
"That's Kelly Rose. She is very rich. And is, as you can see, very popular."
"Ohh.. well I'm in the seat right next to her."
"Ugh. Good luck."
Then the bell rang and we all sat down.
I felt like everyone was watching me...
The teacher's name was Mr. Kovart.
"Good morning class." He said.
"Ah, Mr. Frye. Why haven't you been here in a month?"
"Um, Mr. Kovart, my family was very busy."
"Yeah, whatever your excuse is, you have 100 pages of homework you missed, and will be sent with tonight. Due tomorrow."
"TOMORROW!?"
"Yes. Yes. Tomorrow."
"Miss... ah.. what's your last name? Alice?"
"Umm.. I don't have a last name sir."
"What do you mean no last name? What's your parents last name?"
"Uhh.."
Then Isaac interrupted, "dude! She doesn't have parents! Weren't you told that!"
"Oh, I'm sorry Alice."
Then he began teaching.
I looked over and saw Kelly look over at me and scowl.
Then she grabbed a piece of paper and wrote something on it, then crumpled it and threw it at me!
"Alice!"
I jumped, "uh.. yes Mr. Kovart?"
"What is that you have there?"
"Kelly passed this to me and~"
He interrupted me, "Kelly did nothing Alice. She is our most amazing student. She follows all rules, she wouldn't pass a note."
"No, sir, I sware~"
"DETENTION ALICE! AND YOU CAN START NOW! GO ON! GET OUT!"
"I don't know where it is sir."
"Hold on class, I'm going to take Alice to detention."
Great. Just great. My first day!!
