•you two met at the cafe after he went there with his best friend yunho to grab some coffee
•pls he thought you were so beautiful/handsome he literally almost started drooling
•yunho pushed him to go talk to u to get ur number
•anyways the first date was very messy but very cute as he was beyond nervous and was so happy when you agreed to a second date
•and at the end of that second date, you agreed to a third date
•but tonight was the night he was going to finally ask u to be his s/o
•he had gained more confidence as he was more used to being around you now
•took u to the local autumn fair that night
•u two played lots of games and had lots n lots of fun
•then mingi asked if u wanted to end the night with a ferris wheel ride and u said sure
•what mingi didn't know is that ur scared of heights (pretend if u aren't)
•and you practically clung onto his arm
•and i kid you not that giant smile he has? it never left his face
•it made him feel so happy that you relied on him to protect you already
•"are you scared of heights?"
•"w-what no of course not!!"
•"then why are you holding onto me so tightly?"

•you moved away from him and he laughed when the cart shook and you immediately clung back onto him.
•it was a minute before your cart landed at the top
•he had basically planned this whole thing out, where he'd kiss you on top of the ferris wheel
•he just wasn't too sure how to ask

•it wasn't until the cart started going down was when he finally pulled away
•his breathing was a bit heavier than normal, but he smiled and blushed, looking away
•"you're a good kisser, mingi" you poked him just to see him blush even harder

•it was funny how he was the one who became all shy even though he was so bold just a few minutes ago
•it's a fun time teasing him for the rest of the date, and when he asks to kiss you again when he took you home :))
