so this is actually the second time i've had to write this note. i wrote it originally when i finished posting this fic on quotev in june 2019 (and yes, i do think it's a little homophobic that i wrote the last words for a character that's been with me since 2012 in the middle of pride month but that's for another time) and here i am at the end of november 2020 finishing posting it on wattpad. so i'm gonna try and not make this too long and still hit everything i wrote in the original note

so, thank you. to everyone who clicked on what lies beneath, stayed through how it ends, and for supporting me and ashley through this uh... hell of a year we've been going through. i hope that despite everything ashley and this series has made you smile or laugh or anything because posting these fics on wattpad and sharing them with you guys has been one of the absolute highlights of my year. thank you to everyone who voted, added the fics to their library and/or reading lists, and commented. every single notif i've ever gotten has made my day and my year.

( also for christmas 2018 i did this "twelve days of one-shots" thing for ash over on my quotev account /queenlucythevaliant in something called queen of swords if anyone here wanted to check them out now that the series is finished posting! among them — the story behind ashley&eddie getting arrested [briefly mentioned in force of nature], two jashley aus, and, of course, an anubis house christmas! )
