Killian watched as Emma's parents were escorted by a nurse out of her room. He was surprised to see them coming out already, he had just watched them go in. He starts to walk over there to figure out what's going on.

"No, please we have to see her. It's been years since we held her." A petite brunette said.

"Can I help you folks?" Killian asked them, showing his badge to them.

"Yes, we are trying to see our daughter, but she just yelled at us to get out of the room." Emma's father said.

"I can take it from here." Killian told the nurse.

Killian looked at the parents trying to figure out how to tell them what's happened to Emma.

"Why don't we take a seat, and talk." Killian said gesturing to a nearby bench. When they sat down Killian tried to explain the situation to them. "When we found Emma it seemed she hadn't been outside in a long time. We believe she was being held captive by someone."

"What did they do to her?" Her mother asked.

"We are still gathering evidence, but when your daughter came in there were bruises on her neck, arms, and her inner thighs."

Her parents gasped in horror when they realized what happened to their daughter.

"I think right now you might want to take things slow with her. She has been through a lot." Killian said. "She probably needs some time to adjust. Why don't you two go down to the cafeteria for a bit, and I'll talk to her and see if she wants to see you again."

"Okay." Mary Margaret said. Then she started to look around and had a panic look on her face, "Where's Leo?"

"Leo?" Killian asked.

"Our son he was just with us." She said starting to panic.

"He's probably still in the room. I'll go check for you." Killian said quickly, he didn't blame the mother for panicking she's already had one child go missing.

Killian walked into the hospital room and saw a small curly head boy talking to Emma, and Emma with a small smile on her face. He liked seeing her smile.

"Sorry lass, but this little lad has to get back to your parents." Killian said to her, and led Leo out of the room.

"He's very sweet I can see why my parents decided to have another." Emma said, "I don't blame them for wanting to replace me."

"Is that what you think lass, that they replaced you?" Killian asked her, "I just talked to them and they just want to know if you're okay."

"Really?" Emma asked

"Yeah, that's what any parents want. To make sure their child is okay." He said.

Emma smiled at him.

"I told them to get something to eat and to try talking to you after." He said.

"I think I'll be ready for them then. Could you stay until they come back?" Emma asked.

"Sure." He said.

When her parents came back Killian stayed in the room, keeping to the background letting the small family be reunited.

After awhile visiting hours were over, and Emma's parents and brother had to go home, but not before promising to vist her everyday until she can leave the hospital.

Killian wished he could stay with her too, but he needed to get back to the station and get back to work on the manhunt.

As he entered the station, Weaver walked right pass him with a box in his hands. Weaver looked more angry than usual.

Killian went to the front desk officer to see if he could find out what's going on.

"What's with Weaver?" Killian asked.

"You me you didn't hear? He's been thrown off the force indefinitely." The officer said.

"Why?" Killian knew that Weaver had 'unique ways' of getting information out of suspects, but that has never been a problem before.

"It turns out the suspect in the Emma Nolan case, Neal Cassidy, is his son."

Killian was completely caught off guard, he didn't think the case could get anymore complicated.

At the hospital Emma was eating her dinner. She wished Detective Jones could've stayed longer, but she understood that he had work to do. She would've like to share the jiggly blue jello with him.

One of her doctors came into her room to see how she was doing.

"How you doing, Emma?" He asked.

Emma had seen so many doctors she couldn't remember most of their names.

"I'm doing fine, Doc. This cast on my leg is a little itchy though." She said.

"That's normal. Anything else has been bothering you?"

"No, though I am still a little hungry after eating." She said to him.

"You're not use to having to eat so much, in one day. Just eat as much as you can to keep your appetite up."

Emma noticed the doctor looked like he had something to say.

"Is everything alright, Doc?" She asked.

The doctor took a deep breath, "Well we just got your blood work back, and there is something you should know."

Emma started to worry, did she have some kind of incurable disease.

"What is it?" She asked wanting to get it all over with.

"It seems Emma, that you're pregnant." He said.

There seemed to be a long silent pause between Emma and the doctor.

Then Emma said, "Thank you, for letting me know."

Then the doctor checked all the machines she was hooked up to and left.

As soon as the doctor left Emma curled up into her pillow and began to cry.
