"hey" i said in a whispered tone as i opened the guest room door
"hi" payton smiled, he tapped the empty spot besides him and i walked over to the bed
"what's on your mind?" he asked as i sat down
"nothing i just can't sleep" i simply replied
"right okay" he said
"why are you awake?" i asked
looking up at him
"i always sleep late re, you know that" he replied while wrapping an arm around my shoulder, he pulled me into his chest and gently started tracing circles with his thumb on my arm
"oh right yeh" i mumbled as i cuddled into him
"can i stay in here with you tonight?" i asked looking up at him
"of course" he said
"thank you" i replied
"aw shoot i haven't got gurgles, i'll be back, one second" i mumbled as i got up out of the bed, i walked over to my bedroom and grabbed both my teddy bear and blanket
i made my way back over to payton's room and sat in my previous spot, his arm straight away wrapped around my shoulder and once again he pulled me into his chest
"gurgles huh" he laughed as he took the teddy off of my lap
"leave them alone" i replied as i snatched it back
"he's cute" he replied
"they're" i said
"what?" he asked
"it hasn't got a gender dumb dumb" i laughed
"oh right?" he said, questioning himself
"i'm so tired pay" i mumbled as i snuggled into him
"go to sleep then angel" he replied as he once again started drawing circles on my arm with his thumb
"hold me?" i asked looking up at him
"of course love" he laughed
"good" i muttered, i pulled away from his grasp and laid down besides him, he followed my actions and laid down besides me
he's arms straight away slithered around my waist and he pulled me into his chest
"goodnight payton" i mumbled
"g'dnight angel" he said before leaving a small peck on my cheek
