/Princess Doyeon's POV/

=Special Training=

"Your Highness, I'm certain you already know what to do?" My mentor said

"Yes, I do, Ms. Jin" I said as I closed my eyes and once I opened it again, my left eye was now purple in color while the right is my usual dark brown color

"Great job, Princess Doyeon and Princess Yeowon" Ms. Jin praised

"Now, Princess Yeowon, I want you to take full control of Princess Doyeon's body" Ms. Jin said

"With pleasure" Yeowon said as I felt myself falling out of consciousness

/Princess Yeowon's POV/

I finally took over Doyeon's body as my eyes remained the same. Who am I, you ask?

Well... I'm Doyeon's other half, in other words, I'm her split personality. I only show up when her left eye turns purple so its not everyday that I get to talk to our siblings or spend time with them physically

Doyeon is a caring and protective sister. She'll do everything to keep our siblings safe. But me? I'm the harsh and mean one, I care for my siblings in my own kind of way. I also don't like it when Jiwon raises her voice when talking to someone older that's why I would show up suddenly

"Do you understand, Princess Yeowon?" Ms. Jin asked as I snapped out of my thoughts

"I'm sorry, may you repeat what you've said, Ms. Jin?" I apologized while bowing my head slightly

"Your Highness, you should focus on your task and not let your train of thoughts distract you" Ms. Jin softly scolded

"I understand, I'm sorry again, Ms. Jin" I said

"Now, for the task. You'll be staying in control of Princess Doyeon and your's body for the whole week, which would mean doing Her Highness' duties, attending her classes, eating with your family and visiting the village people" Ms. Jin enumerated as I let my mind process the information

"But, you can't act like how Princess Doyeon do. You have to act like yourself even if you'll be doing Her Highness' duties" Ms. Jin added as I nod in understanding

"This way, you'll learn not only what Princess Doyeon does in her daily life but how you'll be interacting with different kinds of people at the same time" Ms. Jin finished as a knock sounded from behind the door

"Ms. Jin, Her Majesty asks for your presence in her study at once" A maid's voice said

"I'll be taking my leave then, Your Highness" Ms. Jin said as she curtsied while I did the same

I turn away from the door and walked to the nearest glass wall where I then looked straight in the eyes of my reflection

"Doyeon-ah, is living as a princess hard to grasp?" I asked as my reflection smiled

"It isn't that hard Yeowon, you just have to believe in yourself" Doyeon said

"Easy for you to say, you've been facing this kind of life since you were born" I huffed

"But you know what I've been doing since you resurfaced that day" Doyeon said as I sighed

"Please don't remind me of that day" I said

"We were equally as hurt, Yeowon, why do you think I suddenly let you take control of our body" Doyeon said

"Because he didn't accept us... he couldn't accept us..." I softly said as I look away from the mirror, the moving reflection of Doyeon disappearing and its now just simply me

Its a side only Doyeon knows, a side of me only she can let out. A side only the two of us can understand. We are opposites but sometimes it switches

"Why can't he accept us...?" I softly asked no one in particular as the door to the room opened

"Doyeon unnie...?" Jiwon called as I turned and she immediately knew I'm not her

"Yeowon unnie... did something happen? You look sad..." Jiwon cautiously said as she approached me with light steps

I immediately put on my mean and strict personality on display so she wouldn't pry on more

"I'm fine, Jiwon, you don't have to worry about me. But why aren't you in your classes?" I asked while raising a brow

"My classes ended early, unnie" Jiwon said as she avoided my eyes and fidgeted with her fingers

"Fine, I'll teach you how to make shakes" I sighed as Jiwon beamed and quickly hug me

So this is what it feels like to be hug by someone you adore with all your heart...
