Y/n's POV

I had lied down to go to bed pretty late at night. I was really tired and I had school tomorrow, and I knew if I stayed up any later, I was gonna pay for it. I climbed into bed and slowly started to drift off to sleep.

Suddenly, I heard a slight whoosh and felt a weight go over on either side of my body. I fluttered my eyes open to see a boy probably around seventeen, hovering over my body. His hands were on either side of my head, and his knees were on either side of my waist. I looked up into his eyes to see they were a pretty, dark green color.

"Well this is most definitely where I didn't want to jump, sorry for appearing in your bed at 2 AM in the morning." The boy quickly grunted and started to glow a blue color but it retracted and he fell on top of me.

"Well this is interesting." I whispered.

I turned the boy's head to see he had passed out. I felt something wet leaking onto my stomach and gently turned the boy over to see blood on my shirt and stomach. I looked down at the boy's stomach to see he was bleeding through his shirt. I softly lifted it to find a puncture on the left side of his stomach. I also saw he had a small scar in that area so this probably isn't the first time this has happened.

I pulled the covers down so I could get a better look. I took off his blazer, vest, and unbuttoned his shirt to try and clean the wound. Luckily, and surprisingly, he didn't wake up after I had pulled the piece of metal from his skin. I cleaned it and patched it up before he even woke up. I stole a hoodie and sweats from my brother's closet and lied them out for the boy to change into. My brother was off to college so I don't think he's gonna need them.

The boy seemed to be completely exhausted, and had a wound on his stomach, so I don't think he could hurt me even if he wanted to.

It was now four in the morning and I wasn't really tired anymore. I guess I'm skipping school tomorrow. Well, today. I started to brew some coffee and went to the living room to get started on some work due for school today. Just because I'm absent, doesn't mean I can't finish all my work for today.

Five's POV

I woke up to see my shirt had been taken off and I was laying down. I quickly sat up only to be met with a sharp pain coming from my stomach. Probably from the wound. I'm surprised I hadn't bled out.

I looked down to see it was patched up and was hardly bleeding anymore. In addition to that, I noticed I was still in that girl's room from last night. I looked around and saw she had left out some clothes for me. I guess she didn't get a lot of sleep last night. I must of passed out from exhaustion and she cleaned me up and let me sleep in her bed.

I got out from underneath the covers and changed into the new pair of clothes that girl left out for me. I was a complete stranger, and yet she's shown me more kindness than anyone I've met in my life. I walked downstairs to see she was working on the couch. I didn't get a good look at her last night from how dark her room was.

She seemed to have heard me and turned her head.

Wow.

She was beautiful.

"Oh I guess my brother's clothes fit you nicely. There's coffee on the counter for you. I assume you can find the milk and sugar if you need it.

"O-Oh well thank you." I said before I turned and poured myself a cup of coffee. "Why are you being nice to me? I could be like an assassin or something."

"Well you're hurt, probably exhausted, and honestly, dying right now would be the least of my problems. So if you've come to kill me just get on with it already."

I was shocked from her answer.

"You're from that Umbrella Academy right? My aunt had a huge crush on you when she was younger. Then you disappeared. How is it you look so young by the way?"

"U-um. I'm bad at time travelling. My first time trying didn't really go as planned." I said.

"I'm y/n by the way, and your Five? Right?"

"Y-yeah how do you know so much about me?"

"Like I said, my aunt had a huge crush on you, told me all about her 'celebrity crush' from when she was younger."

"Oh. Do you want me to leave at some point or are we just like friends now?"

"You can leave whenever you want. I was just letting you stay because you were hurt, and you looked so peaceful when I was cleaning your wound, so I just let you be. Besides, you seemed like you needed the sleep more than I did."

"Yeah thank you for that."

"What?"

"Everything. Letting me sleep, cleaning and fixing my wound, giving me coffee. By the way, this coffee tastes amazing. And I'm super picky about my coffee."

"Well you're welcome, and if you like the way I make my coffee, you can come over anytime and have some. You're cute so I'll allow it."

I blushed at her words and sat next to her on the couch.

"Aren't you scared at all that I'm a complete stranger? That I'll kill you?"

"Well me and death are great friends so I think he'll be happy to see me after not visiting for awhile." She said still focused on her laptop.

"You are a strange one. I like you." I said.

"Well you're quite strange yourself considering you just appeared in my bed with a wound and passed out on top of me."

I laughed.

"I know we just met, but would you ever consider maybe going on a date with me?"

"I thought you'd never ask." She said with her eyes still fixed on her computer and a smirk on her face.

I laughed and got up to go finish my coffee.

"Would you mind if I stayed the night. Again?"

"Sure. There's a guest bedroom."

"Do you do this to all strangers that just waltz in your house?" I asked a bit worried.

"Nope. Just you."

"Okay. I'm gonna leave, but I'll be right back. Is that okay?"

"Leave for all I care just as long as you return my brother's clothes."

I laughed at this. She's sassy. I like it.

I left and closed the door behind me. I have a good feeling about this.
