I woke up to my alarm going off. I had to be at my new job by 11 am . It was 8:00 am and I know traffic going to downtown Atlanta around 9:30 am can be a headache.
I hit the snooze button sitting up. I slid my feet into my ugg slippers. I walked to my closet and pulled out a white button up, a pair of black slacks that made my ass look nice laying them across my bed then I pulled out my red bottom heels.
I turned on music on YouTube. Summer Walker x Over It played through my tv. I grabbed my towel then went into the bathroom to shower.
After I got out of the shower I brushed my teeth. I then walked out the bathroom going into my room sitting at my vanity to do my makeup.
I did a simple natural look for work because I can't do too much since I am one of the A&R's at a big record label company.
I filled in my eyebrows, put on lashes and a red lip. I sprayed setting spray so my makeup could last all day.
I went into my drawer and pulled out my matching black Victoria secret bra and panties putting them on. I sat on my bed putting on cocoa butter all over my body then sprayimg my favorite perfume by Viktor & Rolf called Flowerbomb on my neck.
I got dressed then I took down my pin curls . My bestfriend Tae did my hair for my new job.
I looked at the clock it was going on 9:30 am. I quickly put on my heels grabbed my purse and my phone then I ran downstairs.
I grabbed my keys off the counter then walked out of my house locking it behind me. I walked to the elevator waiting for the doors to open.
When the doors opened my next door neighbor who has a crush on me (Ryan) greeted me with a smile before he got off the elevator.
"Good morning Rosa" "Good morning Ryan" I said smiling back at him.
The doors shut and I pressed the button for the garage. I walked to my Benz unlocking the door then I hopped in. I quickly drove off so I could make a stop at Starbucks hopefully this line isn't long!
*30 minutes later*
I pulled up in front of the record label so valet could park my car. I walked inside to the front desk. "Hi I'm here for my first day of work." I told the receptionist pulling down my sunglasses. "Ahh you must be Rosa Khalif. I'm Keisha the receptionist." She greeted me with a smile.
"Yes I am. Nice to meet you." "Nice to meet you too.You can follow me." She said getting up from behind the desk.
We got on the elevator and rode it to the 8th floor. "Your hair is bomb girl !" She said about to reach out and touch my hair . I moved back a little I know my face said it all. But I laughed it off.
"Thanks girl but my bestfriend just did my hair and I don't like nobody touching in my hair except him." I told her as we walked through the office.
