When he reached me he pushed me up against the wall, and says "I like that outfit of yours" He's looking down at me against the wall and I just looked up and gulped. I stuttered the words "Thank you-". He smirked at me looking at my lips to my whole body and back to staring directly in my eyes. There were butterflies, in my stomach. I so desperately wanted him to close the space between us and just kiss me already. He was about to lean in when the giggling of other students turning the corner almost seeing us. He pulled back to make it look like we were just talking to each other. I looked at the ground a little disappointed. We were taken out of what could've been the perfect moment. I just looked at him and said "Maybe that's enough studying for today" I started walking away and grabbed my arm before I could leave and said "Listen y/n I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable." I smiled at him and said "No it's fine I think I liked it a little, weird right?" I giggled as I walked away.
I started walking back to my dorm when I saw Sirius, James, and all their stupid friends around bullying what looked to be Lily and Severus. I walked up and pulled James wand down causing the spell he was using to make Severus levitate in the air to break away and sent Severus falling to the ground. Quickly I softened his fall and looked at James with so much hatred. "Hey don't get your panties in a twist" I scoffed at him "Well at least I don't enjoy living off of someone elses fear for you." Now this time he scoffed "That's rich coming from a slut" with those words I punched him in the nose hehe referenceeeee. "and you" I said pointing at Sirius "I thought you were better than this" They walked away as I went to help up Severus and apologize to Lily. "Thank you really it means a lot that someone will stick up for me, ugh I just hate that James he's ridiculous" Lily exclaimed "I know, some boys are just stupid no offense Severus" I said laughing with Lily. "None taken" Severus said laughing. It felt nice sticking up for someone. "Y/N" Tracey yelled from behind me and my three friends ran up behind me "Oh hello Lily" Millicent said as the three girls smiled at her. "Okay y/n we need you to come see this now" Daphne said. "Oh okay im sorry Lily and Severus, I'll see you both around." I said while running with my friends. I ran through the halls looking for Lily but I could not find her. The halls seemed to be empty. I ran into Severus who was in a rush for some reason. I stopped him abruptly and said "Severus this is important, where is Lily" Severus looked taken aback "Why are you looking for her? Did you do this to her?" "Do what?" I said completely horrified. "She's petrified" I started breathing heavy and walking backwards only to run into someone I didn't even look to see who it was, I just ran to my dorm.
