Amy's Alopecia Journey

Intro

Hello, my name is Amy and I am going to tell you the truth of what it's like to live with alopecia in our modern day society. But first, here's a little bit about me.

I am 22, I am diagnosed with depression, however if you didn't know me, you would never guess. I am pretty much always happy and laughing. I am also someone who doesn't care much about what others think about me, and to be honest it's a good job I don't... let's just say I don't quite fit into today's idea of physically "beautiful" or "attractive".

Throughout the next chapters, I will be writing a true account of all my thoughts, feelings and experiences throughout my journey with Alopecia so far.
