Fairy Tail x Naruto --> In Fairy Tail. Naruto was neglected by (alive) family and an ANBU commander. Kurama, tired of watching Naruto suffer, sends him to Fiore.
Fairy Tail x Naruto --> Fairy Tail "verse". In which Fairy Tail is in the future. While sealing away Kaguya, Sasuke gives him the yin half of the seal and dies. Naruto dies of chakra depletion after defeating Kaguya and gets sent to the future a few years before Fairy Tail canon.
Assassination Classroom x Naruto --> Post Assassination Classroom. In which Nagisa gets kidnapped, given Mach 40 speed and a few tentacles, somehow ends up in the Narutoverse and... I'm not saying anything more.
FMA x Naruto --> Takes place in FMAverse, after 4th shinobi war, in which Naruto ends up in the body of a 10-year-old and Roy Mustang decides to adopt him. What more do I need to say?
FMA x Naruto --> Takes place mainly in Narutoverse where Naruto is the oldest Elric child. He gets kidnapped by someone who wants to use him for human transmutation. During this process, he meets Truth who gives him just enough time to write a letter to his family before sending Naruto into the Narutoverse. Edward and Alphonse look for him and the Philosophers' Stone at the same time.
Yugioh Arc-V x Yugioh Gx --> After Yuya beats Jack (Final Duel), Yu-boys share Yuya's body and can communicate and yada, yada, yada, and returns home when the portal malfunctions and sends him back in time 4 years before Gx canon where Yugi finds and adopts Yuya/Yu-boys. Yuya gets along with literally everyone. Seto Kaiba is a tsundere and will not admit to being overprotective of Yuya. Yugi and Tea are openly overprotective of him. Pegasus is amazing at saying that "Yuya's deck and duel disk are prototypes that we're working on for the future." whenever someone asks. (IF SOMEONE WANNA HELP ME WRITE SOME DUELS THAT WOULD BE GREAT!)
