My eyes danced along the white walls,
Wishing to see nothing but your calm, blue tones.
Not wanting to see the blandness of a quiet room.
A room that once held your laughter.
I still hear it now.
Your warm laugh.
It makes me happy.
In times of discomfort, I imagine your shiny eyes
And your glowing smile.
It puts me at ease.
I want not only to touch you, but to feel you,
Want you, need you, ultimately have you.
My mind grows restless without you.
I need you here, to take away the pain.
To make me happy once again.
