Hi, this is part three. I originally thought it was a true one shot or maybe I'd make a full fic. But this is resolved in a sort of way. If you haven't read the first two one shots please go do that.

Also I KNOW the timeline of someone being in this doesn't make sense. Just deal with it k.

I had a playlist of several TS songs on while I wrote this. There are 9 songs total one not really being mentioned so I'll tell you that one. But if you'd like to guess please do. I'll have the answered nested on the last bit in a comment thread. The one that isn't mentioned was Illicit Affairs.

It's been several years since you left the BAU that night that you remember all too well, and you never looked back. You received email updates occasionally from Aaron that you rarely responded too, it just hurt too much. He never updated you on Spencer for which you appreciated him for.

The team never fully got over the abrupt departure but after time they accepted it, though they always wondered why you exiled them. Garcia stayed true to her word to Hotch and never searched for you. Everyone else tried to but didn't have the same set of skills so it was just normal searching. Contacting friends and the little family they knew you would keep in touch with. They even called your friend in London who said he hadn't seen you in years. After awhile they just moved on the best they could.

You moved on too, in some ways. You took a few months of not speaking to anyone who didn't dictate that you got paid and coped the best you could. Some drunken nights, a lot of fucking your way through a new country, but now you were living somewhat of an okay life. You were still living with your friend as he turned out to like the rent help you provided and you were too lazy to then find your own place.

You had so much anger left inside you and you didn't know if it would ever go away, this feeling that every time you opened your mouth that you felt flames with every breath. But you preferred the anger over the sadness which overtook you every once in awhile. The agonizing pain that came with being made like that by him, the stupid amount of power you let him have over you. He took everything you had and climbed over you like a notch on a ladder. You wonder if he was still with that new person or if once she was attainable he moved on to someone else again.

Sometimes you remember that night with him too well, it feels so forceful in your brain on a loop. The harsh sounds of you screaming and wailing, right before his eyes. You broke that night and you're not sure you'll ever be fixed again. You did your best, tape and glue have always worked for you when you're the one fucking up but it's not the same now.

Your phone dings and it's an email from Aaron, you normally don't read them immediately as they can be a lot to take in but you were anxiously awaiting his update as he had confided in you about an important decision in his life the last time you two wrote.

"Y/N,

I hope all is well since the last time I wrote you, and thank you for listening. I'll keep it brief given that we are leaving on a case soon, but as you told me she would, Beth said yes this weekend. We are planning a wedding soon as neither one of us want to draw it out. It's in a few weeks at Dave's of course. I would lie and say I am indifferent either way but the best I can do is say it's okay if you don't, but we would love to have you there. You can let us know even last minute.
