The Start, Chapter 2

I was pacing down the spiraling dusty staircase to potions, I was talking to Hermione when I caught sight of Draco looking at me, I flicked my hair at him and smiled. I saw him smirking but I made sure to quickly turn away before anyone noticed. We were making the Confusing Concoction I remember Professor Snape striking the textbook at Ron's head for not paying attention. Hermione and I were brewing the potion when Draco came to our table and asked me and "Can I have some Lizards Tounge" I completely misheard him as I stared into his bright blue stunning eyes I remembered him kissing me but I suddenly dropped back to reality when Harry groaned "bugger of Malfoy", "Ask someone else". I looked him in his eyes once more and said "sure" I gave it to him and he grabbed it off my hand he switched it with a note but my mind was on his pail, warm soft hands. While no one was watching I opened the letter and read what he wrote: "Meet me after class in the room where it all started, for the girl who sees me in the mirror". As class ended I harried to the top of the tower to the room, I once again stared at the mirror but this time the vision was different he was missing his silver ring with his family crest which is a snake. I waited for a while, I thought he might have played me, that this was all just a joke. I was leaving when I opened the door I saw that he was waiting on the other side he grabbed my arm and pulled me inside and asked "why did you wait", "why did you wait for me" I answered "don't pretend like you don't know why, "I guess it's my time to ask, what do you see in the mirror". He broke eye contact and stuttered "do I really have to tell you", I spoke while waving my wand at him "well I guess I'll just have to force my way in" he answered in a hurry as he smirked "no, please don't". "I see you, I want you". I questioned playfully "why should I believe you" he answered "you see this ring, it has been passed down generation by generation it's the Malfoy Family crest the snake represents eternal love and that's why I'm giving it to you" he slipped it onto my finger it was beautiful, then he tilted my head up and said "I'll love you forever"as he kissed my cheek. I now understood why he was missing the ring in the mirror. We didn't tell anyone about our relationship because Draco's family would accept me and Harry, Ron and Hermione would never accept Draco or our relationship.
