Dear Marie pt 2 - Hannah

"I can't believe it Aidan!" I say, gasping at his news of filming. 

"Yeah, it's pretty crazy," he laughs. 

"Crazy? You're like a movie star!" I exclaim. Aidan frowns jokingly. 

"We prefer the term, successful actor," he lowers his voice by an octave to try and sound impressive. 

"Oh hang on," Aidan takes out his phone. "Hannah?" 

"Who's Hannah?" I frown. "I mean, uh..." i quickly shut my mouth. After approximately 10 minutes of 'uh huh' and 'yeah, sure' and 'no you hang up', Aidan finally hangs up. 

"Oh, she's my girlfriend," I try to hide the disappointment. 

"Girlfriend," I nod. "Cooooooolio." 

"Oh, Marie.." he trails off. "I know we sorta had a thing before I left, I hope you're okay-" 

"Of course i am," i swallow hard. "I guess i just thought you would...wait for me."
