Toni's pov:

"What's up Veronica?"

I woke up about two hours ago and I was wrapping some more gifts when Veronica called me.

"Big news! Are you ready?"

"Sure" I wasn't really paying attention to her but more to the tape getting stuck to my fingers.

"I'm having a Christmas party!"

That caught my attention.

"Wait really?!"

"Mhm, andddd your invited!"

"Omg yay! Wait!"

"What?" She asked worryingly.

"Can I invite someone?"

"Ooh, miss Topaz has a lover?"

"Ugh no, she's just a friend.."

"Mhm suree"

"Whatever can I invite her or not"

"Of course" she said before I heard a crunching sound.

"Veronica are you eating while I'm talking to you?"

"Duh, it's morning I'm eating my breakfast"

"Veronica it's twelve PM"

"Then I'm eating brunch"

"Alright when is the party?"

"Tommorow"

"Tommorow? But that's Christmas Eve"

"That's what makes it fun"

"Alright then, I guess I'll see you tomorrow"

"Bye bye Tiny Topaz"

"Bye asshole"

I hung up and immediately went to Cheryl's contact.

Calling 'Cheryl🎄'

"Hello?"

"Hey Cheryl I have like, a really important question for you"

"Okay what is it?"

"So my friend is throwing a Christmas party tomorrow and I wanted to know if you'd accompany that with me..?"

I was so nervous for her answer, my hand started shaking.

"Well I didn't have anything to do anyway Soo, sure"

"Oh seriously? You'll go?"

"Of course"

"Okay great, uh I guess I'll see you tomorrow"
