also, this is a safe space. any homophobia on any level at all will not be ignored. i dont think we'll have any problems since this is a girlxgirl, but still i just figured i should add it.

this next part is probably the most important and shouldn't go unread so please read!!

this takes place in 1985. if you don't remember, i'll remind you: this is when s3 takes place! but this is an alternate universe, meaning this story does not have an upside down! it does not exist! character wise: steve harrington will be working st scoops with robin (spoiler alert, oops), nancy is not with jonathan or steve, and all the kids are doing things considered normal because they don't have to deal with any of the upside down stuff. but as of now these characters have not been written into this story. they might show up, they might not (probably not but whatever)

lastly, i really hope my story is enjoyed! i love robin so much and am so very pumped about this. i don't have a ton of specific details and stuff sorted out as of where this story is heading exactly, and this isn't the only thing in my life, so updates will be super inconsistent and all over the place. i sincerely apologize, but reading comments and seeing votes and the reads go up and people adding it to reading lists is such a confidence boost and almost always leads me to writing the next chapter. i'm not trying to fish for compliments or anything, i'm simply saying thank you for keeping me inspired to write this story. i hope you enjoy!
