The Aftermath part 1

Sage realm / Jade place / royal castle / king office

you know I thought being a king would be eaisy....... especially since I have the sage wisdom boosting my mental capabilities...... .... And  there is the fact that  I'm a f***** god 

But loking at  the mountain of paperwork that I have to review for the day made me realize that I may have made a terrible mistake....... And the fact that Lancelot just keeps bringing me more paperwork..... Doesn't really help

*Sigh 

But still remembering all the people that  depend on me as both a king and a god  made me immediately  destroy any form of regret that I may had for that split second 

Anyway 

It's been 3 years since the end of the great war 

It's been 3 years since what most people of the supernatural world nicknamed as the rise of the jade emperor 

3 years since Nox truly became a nation

And 3 years of suffering in my personal hell that I call paperwork 

Lancelot has successfully completed his mission, managing to rescue  over  13 different races  from the Fallen Angels and the Devils and securing many magical artifacts, scrolls and resources.... A pretty good  raid if you ask me 

Among the 13 different That we managed to rescue there were elemental and spirits who took a great liking to Lancelot but considering..... His childhood condition..... I guess it was something to expect,

Faires, elves, Dwarves, Dryads, youkais, humans who possess a couple of low class sacred gears and who have been unlucky enough to be captured by the Fallen Angels and the Devils and many more magical creatures such as Phoenix, Wyverns, Cerebus, Harpies,  Unicorns, 

Now let's see what can they bring to Nox, you see 

Elementals are magical personification of natural forces. These are alleged to be summoned by a magic user and are able to do their bidding. Sometimes inexperienced magic users are consumed by the element they have summoned and the element escapes and if free to roam. They possess great knowledge about the state of the world thanks to the fact that they are connected to the planet itself, and thank for that connection they make one of the best spies in the world, hell the only reason I was able of senseing them was thanks to the sage wisdom and my status as a supreme god 

Fairies are magical creature that supposedly have human-like appearances and can come in small sizes. Allegedly they have their own system of magic and spells known as Fairy Magic that has been a great help in securing the sage realm and enchanting weapon

Elves are a tall, slim and regal built race. They are seen as a noble race, and tend to be beautiful or handsome in appearance. They are a paled skinned race. Elves are strong and agile in comparison with most supernatural creatures and are often seen as more intelligent and wiser. They have a longer life span than humans do but less than Devils . Elves build refined weapons that are seen as master craftsmanship by other races. They use Swords, bows and lances mainly they don't like using crossbows or gunpowder weapons. They specialise in magic specially healing and support magic 

Dwarves are a short, Muscular race, that the males and females look alike as both have beards, and in dwarfs beards mean a lot hell they probably banish anyone without a beard . Dwarves live deep beneath the mountains and have mined themselves vast strongholds beneath theses mountain peaks. Dwarves are immensely strong and resilient they have broad hands and feet. Dwarves are known to be stubborn and un-forgetting. Dwarves respect the following things; Age, Wealth and skill.

Dwarves favour axes as a weapon but compared with other races dwarfs have embraced technology and use a variety of weapons that are more advanced than others of the ancient races. Dwarfs like the Elves take pride in their work for example Their most notable inventions are the chains of Gleipnir, the hammer of Thor; Mjolnir and the ships Skíðblaðnir such as Ryuuteimaru

Dryads come from Greek Mythology and unfortunately have been abounded by the Greek God's and sold to the Devils for weak combat capabilities.... F'*****  idiots(Greek God's) but hey sucks to be them...... The dryads would make a great addition to Nox 

They are female spirits of nature, which preside over the forests. A dryad is born with a certain tree species and a particular tree, which she watches over. If the tree is destroyed then the Dryad perishes alongside the tree. Dryads punish mortals that somehow damage the trees but that has been easily dealt with thanks to the kings body and the magical nature of the sage realm 

Youkai   are a group of various species of supernatural being Depending upon their specific species, Youkai have a plethora of different forms, ranging from the fox-like kitsune to the cat-eared Nekomata . However, most Youkai either possess a human-like form with animalistic accents or have to shapeshift to assume such a form 

 Youkai differs in accordance to the species. There are two distinctive types of Youkai, the Japanese Youkai and the Chinese Youkai. There are Youkai who have shown the ability to rival an Ultimate-Class Devil and are commonly known as Daiyoukai  a handful of Youkai races are capable of shifting from their true forms to appear more human-like as a way to blend among them. All Youkai species are capable of preforming Youjutsu, a form of spellcraft unique only to them. And since the youkai factions still hasn't been founded..... Getting them to join Nox was easy 

As for the magical beasts phenoix long-lived bird that cyclically regenerates or is otherwise born again. Associated with the sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor possessiog a powerful fire based magic, they are prideful and only follows the strong and after seeing me destroye an army of 5 billion, killing half of the carde, and all the 4 devil kings they immediately acknowledged me as their king, thus the energy producet of the kings body and the sage wisdom and their connections to nature may have helped some Il explain in a minute 

Although I'm not complaining after all their tears  healing attributes make a valable assiette same goes for the Unicorns horns 

Speaking of Unicorns they possess  the basic appearance of a horse, but with a horn growing out from it's head. Since ancient times, their horns have been heavily treasured as medicine that had powerful healing properties. It can also be used to dispell a spell. If the horn breaks off, it can grow back if the proper medicine is applied. Although they agreed to stay in the sage realm thank for the world conditions they made me vow to use their horns only during emergencies or if a war was approaching..... Same with the pheniox 

Speaking of the world condition you see  when I said that this war has done far more damage to the fabric of this world then 666 could've done in the long run  I truly meant it 

For 500 years then armies of the 3 factions has destroyed, corrupted, the natural mana in the world making multiple races that really on the natural power of the world extinctic 

This why the  Faires, elves, Dwarves, Dryads, youkais, phénix, unicorns immediately acknowledged me as their king.... The sage realm magical nature made it the perfect environment for living for most of them. 

Not to mention and I'm saying this in their own words " the god selected by the world would only be our saver...you are the answer to our prayers..... Our saver.. .. You are the one chosen by the world..... Guide us.... Our king" 

I don't know if it's the influence of the skill Charisma, or the energy generated by the kings body and the sage wisdom.......or my new status as a supreme God but they somehow think of me as a.... Well a god..... The sheer dvoution in their eyes was honestly terrified me
