Chapter-18: Desicion Time

Morning

Naira woke up and one could clearly say from her face that she didn't sleep well and her head was paining too, she directly went to kitchen and made a coffee, drank it and took some medicine and then she felt slight better and then she took a bath till then kartik also woke up.

Kartik [in mind] - Jaanta tha naira aisa hi hoga isiliye main tumhe nahi bataana chaahta tha, I am sorry ki tum meri vajah se itni stressed ho.

Naira [in mind] - Dont worry kartik tumne bohot mehnat karke apne papa ke business ko chalaaya hain and I promise ki meri vajah se isme koi rukaavat nahi aayegi.

Kartik got ready and went to office early, kids also went to school and naira went to ishaan's room to keep his pressed clothes in his cupboard.

Ishaan [sadly] - Bhai ne kuch bataaya ?

Naira - Hmm...

Ishaan - I know ki yeh bohot hard hoga aapke liye but.... dont take me wrong pehle hum sab bohot khush the yeh sunkar ki humaara business expand hone vaala hain and papa ka toh ye hi dream tha ki kartik bhaiya is business ko aur aage badhaaye ye saari baatein maa ne apni diary main likhi thi but jab humein pata chala ki udaipur... jaana hain toh...

Naira - Kaisi baat kar raha hain.... kya main nahi jaanti ki kartik ke liye ye business kitna important hain voh jitna mujhse aur apni family se pyaar karta hain utna hi apne kaam se bhi karta hain... [with tears] udaipur jaana mushkil hoga but I will try to forget my past aur main apne past ko kartik ke dream ki rukaavat nahi banne dungi.

Ishaan - You know what, I am so proud of you main jaanta tha ki aap humesha dusro ke baare main pehle sochegi lekin yaad rakhna no one will force you and jo bhi aapka faisla hoga hum sab aapke saath hain.

Naira - Accha bas bas ab bohot centi baate ho gayi ab tu bhi office jaa tere bhaiya to kabke chale gaye.

Ishaan side hugged naira and went to office.

After finishing household work, naira went to her room.

She went towards the window and her mind went to flashback, how her life has changed her, she remembered.....

Past

Same day, when aditya said all that thing to naira's family, he meets naira alone.

Aditya - See main tumhaare ghar gaya tha and maine sab kuch bata diya.

Naira [Angrily] - What do you mean by sab kuch ?

Aditya - Itna gussa mat karo naira ji....

Naira - Shut up mujhe tumhaati yeh bakvaas nahi sun ni main jaa rahi hoon.

Aditya [holds her hand to stop her] - Thik hain meri baat nahi sun ni to apne ghar vaalo ki baat sun lo.

Naira stopped and freed her hand from his grip.

Aditya - Check your phone maine tumhe ek recording bheji hain, use acche se suno... phir dekhna ki tumhaare ghar vaale tumse kitna naraz hain aur voh to tumhe apni beti bhi nahi maante.

Naira [highly angered] - Dont you dare say something about my family.... tumhe kya lagta hain ki main tumhaari bebunyaad aur non sense baato par trust karungi... never ever.

Aditya - Mujhe pata tha isiliye to main ye recording laaya hoon... ise ek baar zaroor sun lena phir hi ghar jaana, main to chala.... bas tumhe warning dene aaya tha.

Aditya went but he hid in a corner to see what will be naira's next step.

Naira was confused, her heart was not ready to believe that her family left her side and specially her mumma papa but her mind was telling to at least hear that recording once.
