The Ultimate Fighter

I soon arrive in Nevada on the 8th. I don't have much free time because I soon go to the UFC training gym and I see all the girls that are my competition Dana comes in and tells us we have to fight one of these girls to make it in the house, Devon came to see the fight, me and Devon split up because I'm gonna be busy with MMA and fighting, and I won't be in ATL slot anymore, but we agreed we could possible get back together if something works out, we still are best friends, and we have love for each other. I win my fight first round KO  against Kate Jackson, after all the fights, the coaches have to pick team Joanna and Claudia (Pretend it's The Ultimate Fighter 23 cast and coaches). Joanna picks first, Claudia picks Second and picks me, eventually the teams turn out to me

for the Light Heavyweight boys it's;  Andrew Sanchez, Eric Spicely, Abdel Medjedoub, and Cory Hendricks, and for the Strawweight girls it's;  Me, Tatiana Suarez, Kate Jackson, and Amanda Cooper

Joanna
For the light heavyweight boys is; Josh Stansbury, Khalil Rountree, Myron Dennis, and Elias Urbina IV, and for the girls Strawweight it is; JJ Aldrich, Jamie Moyle, Ashley Yoder, and Helen Harper

Claudia gets first fight and she chooses me vs Helen Harper she is a 5'1 girl, which I have an advantage being 5'10. Me and Helen go up and do our fight stance and I look down at her after that I hug her, after that we head to the ultimate fighter house I immediately go with Tatiana and pick my bed. For the rest of the day I talk to the the rest of the girls.

I wake up at 6AM and drink a protein shake and we all head to training, Claudia and Joanna have some words, I spar with Claudia and after she pulls me aside
Claudia: "You are the tallest girl here, you're the strongest, and toughest, you have a 74' reach, physical you are the best, your standup is unbeatable, you have really good ground work too, you are my favorite to win the whole thing, I mean you just suplex slammed me with ease"
Me: "Thank you that means a lot"
After a 5 hour training me go back to the house I see some of the guys outside I walk outside and the conversation comes to a hault
Me: "I'm not dumb I heard you guys talking about, screw all you" I say and go back to my room.
Most the week we train a lot, for weighins I put in spandex like shorts and a sports bra, over that tho I put on Sweatpants I walk out to get weighed in with the band of the spandex showing. on weigh ins I weigh 116, I see Claudia looking at me in a sexual way, I step off the scales and put my sweatpants back on and me and Helen stand in front of each other I just look at her and then I drink Pedialyte to replace some liquid. We all go back to the house, I go to sleep early.

I wake up at 6AM I drink a protein shake, I make chicken and pasta and eat that, I chill for a while and we head to the fight, I go into our teams locker room I get my gloves and hands taped I put on a regular Red UFC sports bra and Octagon Fight night shorts,

the coaches and my team comes in and the coaches do the Brazilian pre fight thing were they throw tennis balls lightly and you block or dodge to get your mind right after that I  warmup a little. When it's fight time me and Claudia walk out with the coaches behind and in front of me, I step inside the ring and walk around it and I see Helen walk in the octagon, the ref says the regular basic before fight speech, the ref puts us in our corners "Fight" he says, Me and Helen touch gloves we exchange punches the first 30 seconds, I hit Helen with a kick to the face, she stumbles to the ground, she quickly gets up, I get her in a clinch, I get her on my hip and I throw her to the ground, I get on top and I ground and pound, i elbow her face, above her eyebrow there is a big cut,I continue to hit her as hard as I can, she stops defending and her gloves drop and her head lays down and her body lays there, the ref pulls me off, I run around the octagon Claudia runs up with the coaches and hugs me a coach that doesn't speak English but Portuguese says "Ela é uma besta"  (She is a beast) Claudia says "Ela é joia" (She is a gem" I know what they said because I know Portuguese but I don't say anything
Helen gets up and the ref holds my hand up.
I hug Helen and I go into our locker room, my team hugs me and tells me I did a good job, I get my hands untaped and I get into Sweatpants with the waist band of my Nike Boxers showing if I raise my arms and a sleeveless Sweatshirt. Claudia chooses the next fight Khalil vs Cory, Claudia says to our team "tomorrow is a free day, but I will be in the gym if you guys want to come in" we all go to the house, I get a shower and I come out and I see Claudia
"Hey" I say
"hey, what are you doing" she says
"Just getting ready for the night, what are you doing the the fighter house" I say
"just checking in on you, how are you after your fight" she asks
"I'm good" I say
She smiles and says "Good, are you coming in tomorrow"
I smile "If I'm not sore tomorrow" I say
"well me being there should have some motivation for you" she says and blushes
"well you will see me there" I say and she smiles and leaves the room and mumbles "tão óbvio, jogue com calma" (so obvious, play it cool)

I go to sleep pretty early that night.

I wake up at 8AM I make a protein breakfast and a protein shake and I go to leave and I see Helen Harper her eye is swelled up and she can't see out of one.
I head to the gym in the Ultimate fighter van, it seems like I'm the only one so we head to the gym, I get there and I get my gloves on and I get changed, I see Claudia sitting on there
"you ready to go" Claudia asks
"I'm ready" I say
"Let's work on submission defense" she says
Claudia gets me into a submission and I fight my way out, we do a couple more then we go to sparing
Claudia throws a kick, I grab her foot and take her down to the ground, I fight her to an armbar and I let go since it's just a sparing session, then we do some cardio, we are in the gym for 3 hours after I'm sitting down drinking water
Claudia walks over and fist bumps me "Great job"
"thank you Claudia" I see her looking at my body, I stand up and I get into my bag and get a towel and wipe my sweat off, I see Claudias eyes still on me, her eyes very determined, her eyes stay on my Abs a little longer, I act like I'm not paying attention drinking my water but I am, I sit my water down, her Brazilian coach that doesn't speak English comes over he says "Despi-la com os olhos" (Undressing her with your eyes)with a smirk on his face.
She looks at him "Apenas cale a boca" (Just shut up)
He says "você tem sentimento, não tem" (You have feeling don't you)
She looks at me then him quickly "nós terminamos com esta conversa" (We are done with this conversation)
I look at them and I start to laugh
Claudia: "what's so funny"
I turn to her and I start speaking Portuguese "você vê que eu sou fluente em portugues" (You are in fluent in Portuguese)
She looks at her other coach and he looks down I look for cameras and they are not here
She says "Eu não sabia que você falava português" (I didn't know you spoke Portuguese)
I smile and say "eu falo espanhol também" (I speak Spanish also)
Claudia goes back to English "look nothing has to be awkward between us"
"Nothing will be awkward" I say, we both smile and I get into the van and go back to the fighter house.

Weeks have passed it's now thr 20th of July the final day in the house I have the semi final fight against Amanda Cooper, me and Claudia have kept things professional. I'm in my locker room with my team I do my warmups and I go out in a sweatpants and a sweatshirt over my head, I do into cage.
When the fights starts Amanda comes out boxing, she gets some good hits in on me, I kick her good on her head she stumbles and falls down I go down and start ground and pounding, she is still putting up a fight, she finds a way to get up and is back on her feet, I land a big body shot, she tries to land a head kick I dodge it and see she is open i uppercut her then I throw a hook I see her drop and the ref waves his hand for the end of the fight, My team runs up and hugs me, after the fight I get into sweatpants and a sweatshirt and Claudia and Joanna do their face off and Joanna calls Claudia "putinha" (Little whore" in Portuguese all the fighters just look at me "She said little whore" Dana breaks it up and Joanna says it agian, Dana gets Claudia out of the cage and makes Joanna stay to avoid a fight, Joanna continues and says "I learned Portuguese for you" and Claudia says "Shut up" the. Joanna says "Cala a boca" "Shut your mouth" to Claudia I say "Aqui vamos nós" (Here we go". After all that we go to the fighter house, the next day we leave and we have a fight in 3 months for the finale. I go to home to L.A
