Jay somehow dragged himself into accepting a challenge, the challenge was to try and kill Cole, Zane or Lloyd, but each time he got close enough to try and kill them, Kai somehow intervenes. Jay has to kill one of the 3 before the challenge is over. He wanted the reward, the reward was a potion of love to make anyone he give it too fall in love with him.
