                                              This is an off-topic. 
But allow me to be the naysayer for now, not all 'words' spreads. Just the bad majorly; hypothetically, if you do something great and impressable, do you think people would let the praises into your head and will chant your impeccable deed? 
Also in an otherwise instance, if you do something bad, or you indulge in something shameful, won't people jump to conclusions, and attack you with criticisms, bad-mouthing and what-not? 
Which of the one do you think will spread fast? Latter one, because people love to diss. A simple truth.
