Ray was in a machine filled with a strange light blue liquid that resembled water but possessed incredible healing capabilities as he had a oxygen tube over his mouth and nose so he could breath as this machine was created by Morgan using her magic and her intelligence as outside that room behind a glass window around a table, Grayfia, Rias, Akeno, Selene, Morgan, Artoria, Mordred, Alice, Alicia, Artemis, and the leaders of each fractions sat down staring at one another
Sirzechs: So then Artoria why did you calls us all here?
Artoria: Sirzechs as you and everyone here know Chaos has declared war on us in that battle and those few under her command nearly destroyed us all
Michael: She is correct though our enemies much fewer than our forces they were overwhelming us the only ones who really could stand up to one of those Servants was Vali and Ray and even then Ray couldn't really handle them but was merely lucky that Chaos didn't use her full power on him

Sirzechs: If I may do we really know if she is evil? I am not saying I'm siding with her or going to ally with her but do we know if her goal is truly evil? Do we even know her wish?

Everyone was uneasy as this battle seems like a hopeless until Vali and Kuroka appeared as he asked two simple yet very important questions
Vali: Can Chaos create more Servants? And further more can we summon our own Servants?
Before anyone could answer Ray's voice was heard as everyone gasped as they turned to look at his form but saw that he was still unconscious
Ray: Pardon I am using a spell I learned when under her control call Sleep Form it allows me to be aware of my surroundings while sleeping or unconscious and also allows me to speak to you
Everyone was shocked as they were amazed by such a spell as Ray continued
Ray: Now to answer your question Vali no she can not summon nor create more Servants see these Servants are actually referred as Heroic Spirits humans who became legends through out time the only one who wasn't a Heroic Spirit besides myself was Amber who willing underwent the Alterzation that I was forcefully made to go through
Everyone sighed in relief but were intrigued in the secret of the Servants
Ray: For your second question the answer is yes and no
Alice: What do you mean by that brother?
Ray: None of you can summon Servants however I can of course, thanks to my Alterzation I became capable of summoning and commanding Servants as I was previously a Ruler who can order the other Servants to do whatever the Ruler wanted

Ray: Not many Heroic Spirits remain as many were killed in the last appearance of the Grail and Chaos had summoned many this time as well however there are some in which we can summon for example I can summon Achilles, Leonidas, Medea, Carmilla, and Da Vinci however I can only summon three of them and if I were to summon powerful servants like Achilles or Leonidas I wouldn't be able to summon more
Kuroka: Great so we're forced to rely on three of the weaker Servants? Tsk that's not much of a help
Ray: Though they may be weaker than the other two Servants, they are still Servants and thus are powerful in their own rights never forget that
Everyone was deciding what to do after Ray summons them when he spoke up again
Ray: However I may be able to aquire more allies
Grayfia: What do you mean?
Ray: Chaos had intended for us to fight the Three Goddesses that once opposed her long ago if I am able to get to them and convince them to join us we may stand a chance
Everyone was concerned about this as deities never helped mortals unless it benefited them or if they had something else in mind but Ray assured them that he would be able to get them to join once he was fully healed he would go to them alone to which the four girls who have decided to share him protested but were quickly silenced by Sirzechs and Artoria as Ray thanked them for their concern but this was his fault even if it was indirectly and thus it was his responsibility to fix it no matter the cost as though they still opposed the idea they put their faith in him as he began to rest so he may heal faster
Three days later Ray was fully healed as he was released from the machine as he sighed and looked at his friends and family as using his Gates of Babylon and some other magic he learned while in his altered state he opened a portal near one of the goddesses as he looked at his loved ones one last time as he smiled at them as he walked through as the portal closed as Morgan used her magic to watch over Ray as Grayfia watched with nervousness as Ray appeared near a temple as he looked up at it
Ray: Well then I guess I better start looking
Ray then summoned both his Excaliburs as he was prepared for a fight as suddenly a women's laughter could be heard as Ray looked up and saw the women
