Three weeks have passed, Sherlock was released from the hospital after being kept on a 24 hr suicide watch, they let him go right after, knowing his history, forcing him into therapy wouldn't help anything.
Sherlock's POV
It's been three weeks. Three agonizing weeks. I've been forced by John to eat half of my meal every day, and he makes sure that I don't use the bathroom for twenty minutes after. I've been gaining weight, and as the weight piles on, so does my stress and so do my thoughts.
John checks on me if I have been in the bathroom too long, so my only true blind spot is showers, which I have started taking twice a day so I have time to cut. He just chalks it up to me trying to improve my hygiene. We've started to give short consults on cases, but Lestrade does nothing but pester me and John just treats me like a complete child. I'm sick of this.
I honestly haven't improved one bit, contrary to John's belief but I refuse to go through hospitalization again. So I pretend, all I have in me is the energy to pretend.
