Chapter 34

Marcel's POV

~March 4th~

Me and Felix's schedules have totally changed now. We spend a lot more time together in the evenings and weekends. He also visits me a lot during work which I love.

I'm also in my second trimester now and my morning sickness has gone away. Although my craving are becoming way more harsh then before. My back aches all the time and my feet are always swollen.

It's becoming more of a pain to work but I still want to work for a few more weeks at least. I also will get the chance to find out my babies' gender in two weeks which I'm excited about. Felix on the other hand still wants it to be a surprise so I'll go by myself.

Today was Monday and I was suppose to be getting up to go to work, but I felt terrible. I knew this was coming already. I always get a cold when the seasons change.

My head feels fuzzy and I was freezing. I slowly get up just to notice the back pain. It doesn't help that Felix ruined my back more last night. I blush thinking about it. Damn you Felix.

I walk in the bathroom to get a thermometer when I take a look in the mirror. Seriously Felix??!?? I was wearing one of my baggy shirts and my neck was lined with hickeys.

How did he expect me to cover that up for work today? That idiot! Wait till I yell at him.

I know a while ago I said we would wait longer...but it just kind of happened. My hormones are all out of whack and one night it just...turned out this way.

Forgetting what I came to do in the bathroom I walk to Felix's bedside table finding my phone.

Marcel: You fucking idiot!
You're lucky I have to call in
sick today. How did you
expect me to cover that up??!?

I groan and plop down on the bed and suddenly remember that I need to check my temperature. As I get up to get the thermometer I hear my phone buzz.

Felix: I'm sorry;) I wasn't
thinking. But wait you're sick?
Should I come home?

Ugh this guy.

Marcel: No focus on your
studies dummy. I'll be fine
by myself.

I put down my phone and went to the bathroom to check my temperature. To my luck it was up to 100. Great a fever, just what I need.

I rummaged through the drawers to find any kind of cold medicine. To my luck me and Felix didn't have any. We haven't really gone out to get medicine or anything for the house yet.

I pick up my phone again and call my mom. "Hi hunny! What's wrong?"

"Hey mom, I have a fever. Do you have any cold medicine?"

"Oh hunny I'm afraid I'm out of town at the moment. Why don't you ask Felix to get some? Or your friends?"

"They're all at school, so they can't leave."

"Well then why don't you try to lay down for a few hours? If your temperature is still high make one of them get you stuff."

"Fine fine I will, bye mom love you."

"Love you too Mar."

I hang up and lay back down in Felix's bed. As I'm trying to fall asleep a though hits my mind that I had forgotten about. Felix's ex....
