This has nothing to do with School, I just wanted an excuse to use songs, also this is short since most of this chapter is taken by a song XD now go and read the freaking story
Sonic and Amy have been hanging a lot outside of school, it's almost the end of the year now! Same goes for Tails and Cream, but they have spent lots of times in and out of school!
Tails POV:
Right now, everyone got a pamphlet what was a talent show, they were going to hold a singing competition during the summer, and you know Sonic Amy Cream and I where going to join, the reward was just bunch of money. We didn't really need anything, so we would just split it and give the rest to charity, since it's an uneven number of $25,000. Where do they get the money? Who knows!
Cream and I were going to a song together and Sonic and Amy where going to do one, double the chance we got to winning (We all know who's going to win here)
Tails: So, are we going to do a already made song, or write one
Cream: I have a few that I wrote, he could use one
Tails: Then let's we them!
Cream brought out her collection of songs, there weren't many, about 8 songs, the names where:

I looked at the lyrics and really liked Shining Star!
Tails: How 'bout we do Shining Star?
Cream: Ok!
And so we started to practice, when it was time for the competition, I was nervous, I tried to remind myself that I have been on a talk show before, I can handle this!
Announcer, next is Cream and Tails, preforming a home written song called: Shining Star!
{Start Music}
We got on stage and the music started, I saw Sonic giving me the thumbs up, I inhaled, then exhaled before I started:

Cream: I did, but Tails helped readjust the lyrics
Tails: Yeah, one of the lyrics were "Kill of the evil that is bust-owed upon us"
Cream: Heh heh, yeah, -rubs back of headI wasn't in my best state of mind at the time
Amy: Well, we're next! So see ya!
