The Date

A bus was going super fast down the street and made a turn.

Ladybug and Cat Noir landed on the top towards the back. She looked inside at all the passengers freaking out. She looked at her partner. "Ready, Cat Noir?" "I'm always ready. Who needs breaks when they've got us?" He threw her his botan and she used her yoyo to help her get underneath the bus and tie them together. It went by and she threw it back to him. He extended his botan which was caught by two street lights.

It stopped the bus.

The duo got there and she got her yoyo back. They helped the passengers out of there. "So, er, Ladybug, what would you say if you and I met up tonight for a little dinner, rooftop-style?" "I would love to, Kitty. I have no plans tonight." He smiled then the driver came out. "Thank you. Thank you ladybug." They watched the guy walk off.

"See you tonight then, m'lady." She smiled and nodded. "Totally. Bug out!" She took off.

"Angel, are you gonna join them for ice cream?" "No. I have more important matters to attend to. Maybe next time." "Where are you going?" She stopped at the door. "I have a date tonight with Adrien Agreste." She smiled at her adoptive parents. "Oh? Why not you both go get ice cream?" "He already planned on dinner. I don't want to disappoint him. Oh, don't tell anyone though. We're a secret item." She ran off, giggling.

She got outside and looked next door. She soon hid away from prying eyes. Tikki came out and smiled. "A date with Adrien. It's going to be great!" "Since Marinette isn't in love with Adrien, she won't get André Akumatized." "Really?" "Of course. Now, Tikki, spots on!" She transformed then used her yoyo to get to the balcony of her home.

Ladybug looked over at the balcony next door. She smiled as she saw Cat Noir sit down after preparing it for the date. She threw her yoyo then swung on over. "Hey, Kitty." Cat Noir looked over and smiled. "M'lady." "Spots off." "Claws out."

Angel sat down in front of Adrien. "This is really nice. I'm glad I didn't stood you up. You would've been heart broken. I don't like when you're sad." Adrien took her hand in his. "I never want to see you upset." She smiled at him happily. "Oh, Adrien." "So, have any romantic songs for me to hear?" "Maybe. Let me think."

"Tonight is great though." "Yeah. It is." She leaned against him and closed her eyes. "Ice cream tomorrow? André's ice cream is magical. We share an ice cream then we will be in love forever. That's how Marinette's parents got married." "Really? Wow. That's amazing." "It is." He looked at her and smiled. "We get destined ice cream?" "Yep. He knows our flavors well."

"That's incredible." She got up and sighed. "We better get going. Tomorrow is our ice cream day." He got up and nodded. "Ok. Plagg, claws out!" He transformed then picked her up. "Ready?" "Ready." She held onto him as he jumped on over to the bakery balcony.

Cat Noir set her down and smiled. "Until tomorrow, m'lady." He kissed her hand then left. Tikki giggled a bit. "You guys are really doing great, Angel!" She smiled at her, "thanks Tikki. Time for bed now."

Angel saw Adrien's car and waved. Adrien got out and smiled. "Ice cream?" "Of course." They walked up the stairs to André. "Welcome! Let's see..." André soon started to make their ice cream. "Mint, Vanilla Cherry Swirl, a blueberry on top, and yellow sprinkles. Voilá!" She took it. "American and French flags?" "You got it! I know exactly what you both needed!"

"Merci." "Thanks, André." They walked down the stairs and sat down on the last step. "You eat the mint park, ok? I don't eat mint anything." "Alright. Fine by me."

They tasted their treat, smiling.
