Moments of Resolution (Ricka)

Ricka POV...

It is very cold.

But, I can manage.

I walked through the previous fields of my village...

It is in great ruins.

Because of Kaori's attack.

I still think about the underground city.

The feeling I got... The feeling of familiarity.

The underground city of, Ryūhyō no Miyako.

My mother, I haven't met before.

Because of this, Kurenai raised me, before I moved to Daikoku Village.

Everything about this... remained a mystery.

I never knew... about someone called, "The Omnyouji Goddess of Tokukashi Village."

And I think, even Kurenai doesn't know.

But, Kaori said... She's my ancestor...

I want to know more...

And so, following the previous tracks we walked into, I got to the same place with the snowflake pattern.

Using my Jutsu, I summoned a faint ice, and then, like before, the ground underneath me turned into thin ice.

I prepared myself and... using an Ice Jutsu, I summoned an ice slide that helped me land.

And here I am again, the familiar ice city of Ryūhyō no Miyako.

The structures are still complex and still standing strong.

I haven't had the chance to explore this, so... I'll take my time looking around.

I walked around and met with the same scenery I saw when we faced Kaori.

It's cold.

At one point, I arrived at a place that looked different.

There is something in the middle-a fountain, with its water frozen solid. The fountain was also made with unique ice.

I walked over to it and took a look around.

It was dimly shining.

Suddenly, I felt something... weird...

My chakram, was, shining brightly.

As if, it was resonating with the fountain.

W-What is this?

I hold out the chakram in disbelief and amusement.

Suddenly, a figure appeared in the tunnel behind the fountain.
