Y/n and Rin had already woken up as they started to get ready for their trip back to Australia. Y/n had to repack her luggage because she forgot some little things. Rin laughed as he turned around only to see that y/n was jumping on her luggage so that it can close.
"Close you stupid thing..!"
Rin laughed even harder as he walked over to y/n and closed the luggage in one go, y/n gave Rin a blank face as she jumped off and went to grab her outfit for the day that was in the closet. She slipped on a Gray long sleeve, a denim jacket, some rolled jeans, and lastly some converse. (Outfit below!!)
Y/n smiled in the mirror as she liked the way her outfit looked, as she walked out the closet as Rin started to whistle.
"Looking good, y/n!"
Y/n rolled her eyes as she chuckled a bit and grabbed all the things she needed, she threw on her backpack and grabbed her luggage. She looked at Rin and smiled.
"Let's grab some breakfast before we go? I know a good place that's down the street."
Y/n asked Rin as she smiled at him, he nodded and grabbed the luggage for y/n. He opened the door for y/n and put his hand out.
"Ladies first!"
"Wow you're being a gentleman for once..!"
Y/n acted surprised with Rin as she snickered a bit making Rin have a tick mark on his forehead and walk past y/n. She giggled as she closed the door behind her and followed Rin. As Rin and y/n got out the elevator they happened to bump into Ikuya walking with Hiyori. Y/n tried her best to ignore Ikuya but it was already too late he had already said something.
"Y/n? Where are you going?"
Ikuya asked y/n making her look back at Ikuya and turn away coldly, she wasn't going to talk to him when he wanted to. She wasn't going to be his little play toy whenever he wanted her.
"So now you want to talk? Sorry Ikuya but I'm not the type of girl that sits around and waits."
Y/n glared at Ikuya as he looked at y/n with a shocked face, Ikuya knew he messed up but he never thought y/n would just walk out like that. He started to feel anger rise up as he balled his fist up.
"You're leaving again..!? Are you s-"
"She's not leaving she's going to go train. She'll come back to beat your ass in the competition."
Rin cut Ikuya off mid sentence as he held y/n behind her. Ikuya looked at Rin and glared at him as he saw the way he held y/n, Ikuya had to admit he was jealous. Y/n smirked as she looked back at Ikuya.
"Sorry but I'm not planning on losing, see you at the competition."
Y/n told Ikuya as she grabbed Rin's hand and walked out the exit of the building leaving Ikuya stunned in the background. He sighed as he grabbed his things and walked towards the pool.
"I'm not going to let you win, y/n."
Ikuya thought to himself as he pushed all his feelings to the side and began to walk towards the pool to train.

"Yeah I'm leaving in an hour but we wanted to say bye!!!"
Y/n told the boys as they looked at y/n and smiled, Makoto ruffled y/n's hair and smiled at Rin. Y/n didn't want to leave like she did last time, she wanted to let the boys know this time. They all said goodbye as Rin and y/n got in the car and started to drive towards the airport. Y/n started looked out the window as she sighed. She couldn't help but think about Ikuya.
"I have to get stronger. I don't think I should fall in love..."
Y/n thought to herself as she blinked away some tears so that Rin wouldn't notice, she felt heartbroken but she was going to use it as motivation. Y/n smacked her cheeks to snap herself out of her sadness and sticked her head out the window, Rin started to panic as he swerved the car trying to pull y/n back into the car.
"Idiot..!! Get your ass back into the car!!"
Rin yelled as he finally grabbed y/n's shirt and pulled her in, y/n started to laugh as she looked at Rin who had a 'are you fucking serious' face. Rin sighed as he rolled his eyes and began to laugh along with y/n. It's been so long since they've spent time together, the both of them definitely needed it. Rin then remembered something as he was driving, he grabbed y/n's phone and tossed it at her. As she caught it she looked at Rin confused.
"Call your coach, first thing tomorrow you're going to be working your ass off!"
Y/n's face turned pale as she started to whine to Rin, he shook his head and pointed at the phone to make Y/n call. She sighed and finally agreed, she started to dial the number and held her phone up to her ear.
"Hello?"
"Hey coach!! It's the one and only, y/n!"
"Oh so it is! Rin told me that you're coming back for a bit, get ready for tomorrow! Be at the pool 7 AM sharp!!"
Y/n looked at the phone in shock as she realized that her coach hung up, she looked at Rin in shock as she began to cry.
"You idiot..! You knew already!!! I have to be there at 7 AM..!!"
Y/n cried even more as she started to sulk in the corner of the car, Rin laughed as he ruffled y/n's hair softly. The both of them had finally arrived at the airport as they got off and grabbed their luggage. Rin eyes widened as they heard the announcer announced that the plane for Australia is about to take off.
"Y/n..!! C'mon let's go!!"
Rin yelled as he grabbed y/n's hand and began to ran with her. Y/n laughed as she ran along with Rin and push through the crowd of people, she had to admit she felt alive and happy. She didn't realize how sad she was over Ikuya and the way he played with her. The both of them luckily made it onto the plane as they breathed heavily in their seats.
"I'm so glad we made it..!"
Y/n laughed as Rin nodded agreeing with her, the both of them finally caught their breath as they started to get comfortable in their seats. Y/n looked at Rin and glared at him.
"Well I have to go to sleep since I have practice early in the morning..!! Which someone didn't tell me..!!"
Y/n told Rin as he snorted and laid his head against the seat. He smiled at y/n and pulled out a blanket for the both of them.
"Don't worry you'll have plenty of time to sleep in the airplane. We won't be landing until around 5 or 6AM?"
Rin told y/n as he looked at the time on his phone, y/n nodded as she covered herself with the blanket and said goodnight to Rin. She turned around and looked outside the window, she couldn't help but think about Ikuya as she looked at the clouds and the starry night. For some reason it reminded y/n so much about him. She started to close her eyes softly as she covered herself more with the blanket.
"I'm not going back on my word, Ikuya. I just wish we could be closer though..."
