As you can see, she still life because her meta gens an speed force. If you want lock her without killing her the solution is put her in place where speedster can past trough. If you put Meta hand cuff that dampened all her power, she will be weak and then if too long she will be die but I am make some except if someone make Meta handcuff that not to strong or only make dampened half from power she will be fine, because that's only stop her from using it for something else besides for life support, so that is why thad can train without power (she and a sciencetice create them but it was kind hard). The only thing can save her if someone make something for her that make her no need Meta Gene or speed force to life.

Thad have the device that make she can't use her power but she still health, she's wears it when she in train non power or when she need it but there's problem for device, thad not allowed to wear it for long or more than 4 days and only work if her speed force are stable or not attack each other.
