Holly Kujo's Stand

   ' Welp, now that the suns up, let's leave this room. '

You stayed up all night. You didn't want to go back to sleep in case Dio would interrupt your dreams again. You didn't dare leave the room either afraid of waking Jotaro up. So you sat in his room and read one of his books all night. You stood up from your spot on the floor and started walking around the house. You found Avdol walking around and you decided to walk with him.

   " Yes, his name was Kars and-"

I noticed there was a spoon on the ground. I went to pick it up and Avdol looked into the room the spoon was laying in front of. There was a lot of silverware on the floor and we found Holly on the ground as well. 

   " No! Ms. Kujo! "

We ran to Holly and Avdol picked her up but there was no sign of waking her up. 

   " She's burning up. Is she sick? "

She flinched back and I noticed a vine-like stand around her neck. 

   "  Ms. Kujo please forgive me. "

He set her on her front and pulled her shirt and jacket down in the back. There was a vine stand on her back that held raspberries. It was her stand.

   " Ms. Kujo has gained a stand as well, but this high fever...the stand is doing damage to her. "

   " Of course. If JoJo and Joseph both have stands Holly would have one too. Something like this doesn't skip generations. It was bound to show up at any time, but I thought she would be able to handle it. " I said to Avdol. 

   " Because she has Joestar blood in her veins. But still, a stand is controlled by an individual's own mental strength and they move according to that person's fighting instinct. "

   " That's why it's hurting her. She is a very kind and gentle woman. She doesn't fight or believes in violence. She can't withstand Dio's curse. She doesn't have enough strength for her to control her stand which is why it's acting against her and not with her. "

   " At this rate, she'll die! "

I could feel two more people enter the room and when I turned around I saw Joseph and JoJo standing in the doorway. I laughed in my head at Joseph's pajamas and realized he never changed. 

   " She has a stand? " He asked.

   " It seems so. "

( Time Skip )

I took the cloth off of Holly's head and put it in cold water. I placed it back on her head as she laid down. The others were looking at a picture of Dio but I tended to Holly. 

   ' People like her always get hurt by these things. Innocent people shouldn't be harmed. Especially like this. '

I looked up and saw Jotaro sketching something using his stand. Once it was done it was a drawing of a fly. Avdol grabbed the picture and started heading to their library to research it. I stayed with Jotaro and Joseph to watch Holly. Holly soon woke up and sat up in the bed. A small smile came to my lips.

   " Holly..." 

   " Papa I-"

   " You just rest. Jotaro get some water. "

Jotaro left us and went to grab a glass of water he returned and gave it to Holly. 

   " Thank you, for that Jotaro. I wonder what it was that came over me today. I can't believe I had a fever and passed out like that. "

   " Well, you gave us quite a scare Holly. Hey now that you're up why don't you brush your teeth? "

He walked over to Holly and started taking care of her like she was a little girl. He fed her, cleaned her, and cut her nails. I looked at JoJo and saw him roll his eyes at the sight. I shrugged and leaned against the door.
