"Dick? You in there, buddy?" I knocked on his door, "buddy?" I questioned myself for saying something dumb before waving it off. His door opened and there he was in clean clothes and freshly washed hair,

"What?" He asked crossing his arms over his chest,

"Let's all go out for ice cream, maybe a walk in the park, Titus needs one." Damian stated causing me to jump away at his sudden presence, he was not at my side before,

"Good idea, Damian. We could all use the fresh air." Tim agreed walking down the hallway to us. My jaw hung open at them not fighting every two seconds before I realized they were only acting kind to one another for Dick's sake,

"Yes, a walk in the park, and ice cream." I turned back to Dick with a big smile,

"I don't know guys, maybe not today-" Dick scratched the back of his head averting his eyes from our gazes, "you guys can go without me."

"Come on, Grayson, it is about time you left the manor with your brothers." Damian responded,
"I-" Dick tried to speak but before he could Tim grabbed his arm dragging him out of his room,

"We're going to the park, Bruce." Tim yelled downstairs as Damian and I followed him down the stairs with Dick.

Dick was silent all the way there, just staring out the window. He didn't even sing when I turned on Britney Spears. We got to the park and immediately Titus rushed out pulling Damian with him, next Tim, Dick and I. We came to a nearby food stand at the entrance of the park,
"I'll have a large espresso." Tim ordered quietly,

"A single scoop, chocolate." Damian went next. Next it was me,

"I'll take a double scoop, vanilla." We all then turned our heads to Dick who was still grazing the above the clerk,

"Uh, I'll just have a medium black coffee." He said, giving the girl behind the counter a soft smile. We walked off with our orders,

"I am astonished, our very own Dick Grayson, not ordering ice cream. Are you okay?" I teased as he let out a singular laugh before sipping the coffee,

"I'm just tired." He admitted though the dark circles under his eyes told me that already,
"Why didn't you sleep last night?" Tim inquired, adjusting his scarf after Titus had tried to play tug of war with it,

"I don't know, I just couldn't." Dick shrugged,

"What about those people last night, who tried to kill you and Todd?" Damian questioned, "do you know anything about them?"

"Not much, I don't know, they looked pretty serious though." Dick looked all around while talking,

"Relax Grayson, no one's listening." Damian assured. Dick simply huffed and fixed his collar,
"What about you and Bruce this morning? What happened?" I finally asked,

"Geez, is this a brotherly park walk or is it an interrogation?" Dick was losing patience fast,
"Just wondering." I shrugged calmly. Tim watched him close with a raised brow as if awaiting the answer to my question. Eventually Tim's plan worked and Dick let out a sigh,

"He was talking to me about my methods."
"Well last month you ripped off killer croc's arm and beat him with it, he barely made it." I reminded him, "I get it I'm not the poster boy for good methods by any stretch of the mile but what you did was...kind of cruel."

"Cruel? He shouldn't have let me take it, if he was a true opponent he would have held onto that."

"His arm?" Tim spoke dumbfounded by Dick's callousness,

"Whatever, just drop it." Dick declared. It was impossible to get anything out of him, he was just a giant ball of aggression. I already knew that, I wanted to know why.
